Ex-Princess Pillagers
Random Writing Prompt

For as long as she could remember, the Princess had been waiting for her prince.
As a young girl, she had imagined him to be tall, handsome, and brave, riding in on his white horse to rescue her from the tower in which she had been imprisoned.
But the years had passed, and no prince had come. The Princess had grown old, her long hair gray and thin, and her eyesight failing. She had waited for so long that she had given up hope of ever being saved.
One day, the Princess decided she had had enough. She cut off her long hair, donned some less ornate clothing, and sneaked out of her tower in search of adventure.
She wandered for days, her feet aching and her stomach growling, until she came upon a town.
As she neared the town, she spotted another tower in the distance. Curiosity getting the better of her, she decided to investigate.
Inside, she found another princess, much younger than she was, who was also trapped in the tower.
The two women quickly became friends and decided to help each other escape. Once they were out of the tower, they made it their mission to free the other princesses who were trapped in towers just like they had been.
Over time, the group of ex-princesses grew, and they began to travel from kingdom to kingdom, freeing princesses and taking revenge on the rulers who had imprisoned them.
They were a force to be reckoned with, a roving gang of women who had been trapped for far too long.
At first, they had been content to simply free the other princesses and move on. But as time passed, they began to grow more bold. They realized that they could take what they wanted from the kingdoms that had imprisoned them, that they could live on their own terms.
And so, they became a group of pillagers, taking what they wanted and leaving destruction in their wake.
They were a force of nature, a group of women who had been pushed to the brink and were now taking back what was rightfully theirs.
The Princess had never imagined a life like this, but she had to admit that it was exhilarating. She had found her calling, and she would not go back to her old life, no matter how many princes came knocking at her door.
The group of ex-princesses had become legends, feared and revered throughout the land. They had taken what they wanted, and they had done it on their own terms.
They were no longer waiting for anyone to solve their problems, because they had become the solution.
The Princess had finally found her true purpose, and she had found it in the most unexpected way. She had gone from waiting for a prince to save her, to being a leader of a group of women who were taking charge of their own lives and making a difference in the world.
Her journey had taught her that sometimes the answers we seek are not found in the places we expect them to be. Sometimes, we need to take a leap of faith and venture into the unknown to find what we truly need.
And although her path had been filled with challenges and obstacles, the Princess had emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before. She had found her power, and she had used it to make a difference in the world.
In the end, the Princess had become her own hero, and she had shown that true strength and courage comes from within.
