Eastern Wisdom: Triumph Over Despair with Optimism
As they say, "Objects transform through the mind, and circumstances are created by the mind." Your mindset influences your condition.

A person is diagnosed with early-stage cancer, and the doctor informs them that the chances of recovery are quite slim. Despite originally being optimistic and cheerful, they find themselves in deep anguish. Outside the window of their room, there's a tree with lush branches and leaves. However, due to early autumn, most of the leaves have fallen with the wind.
As they gaze upon these lifeless leaves, their feelings of depression intensify, and their physical condition worsens. They often lament to themselves, "When all the leaves are gone, I will also be gone."
A painter friend, upon learning of this, uses their brush to create a painting of verdant leaves and hangs it on the tree's branches. While aware that this is a gesture of comfort, whenever they see that expanse of green from the window, their mood improves.
With an improved mindset, their bodily functions begin to change. Miraculously, due to this newfound touch of green in their life, they eventually recover.
Insight: A well-known figure in China once said, "Broaden the mind as medicine for the heart, and let go as medicine for the body." Life's fluctuations are related to external circumstances, but the most crucial factor is one's own mindset.
With a calm heart, ailments recede; with a positive mindset, all is well. The body's functions are most attuned to shifts in mindset. If you're gloomy day by day, hesitating and discontented, your bodily organs will face issues, and life will become a tangle.
If you're consistently positive and self-assured, your spirit will shine, and life will become smooth and favorable.
