Rehab centers in Wilmington, Delaware prepare for the complete legalization of drugs.
Wilmington, Delaware became the first city to be completely open to narcotics and other drugs. Ironically, the drugs came with a sales tax in the land of tax free shopping. But the customers didn’t mind it.
“I love it. I always wanted to smoke crack on my private land and not bother anyone. I’ve already signed up with the rehab center in my home in Newark. It’s $300 a month just in case I get addicted. Let’s call it drug insurance,” Cedar O’Hart explained with joy.
He explained this to Channel 30 reporter Miraj Colerman.
“Back to you,” she said.
