Do you wanna know ?

I had been crushing on Max for months. I would sneak glances at him in class, and daydream about him in her free time. But I never had the courage to talk to him, and I was afraid that he didn't even know I existed.

One day, I was walking down the hall when i saw Max at his locker. My heart started racing, and i felt my palms get sweaty. I took a deep breath and walked over to him, hoping that he would notice me.

"Hey, Max," I said, trying to sound casual. "How's it going?"

Max looked up from his locker and smiled. "Hey, Lila," he said. "I'm doing pretty well. How about you?"

I felt my face turn red. "I'm good," i said. "Just hanging out."

Max nodded, and they chatted for a few more minutes before i had to go to class. As I walked away, i felt a rush of excitement. Maybe Max was interested in me too.

Over the next few weeks, max and I started talking more and more. We would sit together at lunch, and we started texting each other after school. I was thrilled to finally have Max's attention, and I felt like we were really connecting.

But then, one day, Max didn't show up to school. I tried texting him, but he didn't respond. I started to worry that something had happened to him.

The next day, Max was back at school, but he was acting strange. He wouldn't look me in the eye, and he seemed distant and distracted. I tried to talk to him, but he brushed her off and walked away.

I was heartbroken. I didn't know what had happened, but i felt like i had lost my chance with Max. I spent the next few days feeling sad and alone, wondering what i could have done differently.

Finally, i decided to confront Max. I found him after school and asked him what was going on. Max hesitated for a moment, and then he told her the truth: he had started dating someone else.

I felt like I had been punched in the stomach. I had been so sure that Max was interested in me , and now i realized that i had been wrong. I tried to put on a brave face, but she couldn't help feeling hurt and betrayed…..
