Do you wanna die alone?
A drabble on practical aspects of having a family

A confirmed bachelor had some relationships and dates, but never settled. His friends and family tried to convince him to get married, but he always asked "Why?" and had good retorts as to why his single life was better.
Finally, his best friend said, "Imagine, you grow old and are dying at your home, alone. There will be no one around to give you a glass of water!"
That worked. The man got married, had a bunch of kids and grands. When they all gathered around his death bed, he looked at them all and said,
"Not thirsty at all!"

Drabble: a micro fiction story of exactly 100 words, excluding the definition and author's note.
Author's note: Yep, I'm this morbid right now. It's my way to cope, but I also hope that this dark Russian humor might help someone to rethink their life choices :).
