Code is everywhere. It took time to realize his fellow astronauts betrayed him. They left him in the desert where the training of the rover had lent them so much research and exploration.

Now, he baked under the oppressive sun. His deep black skin absorbed the sun and he didn’t blister or burn. He just roiled. He looked at his watch and tried to get the coordinates to where he stood.

When he finally got a signal, it was too late. He gasped and his throat became cracked from the dry heat. He fell. The astronauts returned to get him.
