An All-Black Delaware
African Americans in the state of Delaware stay while all the other colors evacuate.
The last scrap hung in the wind as the black people stood and waved at the other races going to Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The passage of the law to have Delaware implemented as a state for just Foundational Black Americans (FBA) kept the tribalist nonsense going.
The blacks didn’t want it and the biracial and multiracial people fought it. Ultimately, the federal government of the United States won.
And what did the blacks do? They built pharmacies, groceries, law offices, and set up land for future generations. With the restrictions, somehow, came the taste of freedom. They rejoiced.

“Olawdry, are you coming to bed yet?” Mairlz called from the bedroom. Olawdry was staring at himself in the mirror pulling down the bags underneath his red eyes. “Yes, sweetie. I’m coming.” He responded tiresome. He hit the light switch, shut the door behind him, and walked over to his side of bed where he could see the moonlight outside the window.
