With skin the color of chestnuts, Miner Xerxes outlined a plan for Delaware to be a fully functional fossil fuel state. He slashed through propositions for “greener” ideas to be passed as bills.

He welcomed new thoughts on machine learning that would draw more oil, natural gas and coal from the Diamond State. In his fashion, he had drawn a following on both sides of the aisle and made deals while compromising on politics, not principles.

Xerxes ensured that he could find as many fossil fuels from the tiny state as possible. He tested everyone in an act of reason.
