The executive director of the DelaWhole Health Care System in the state sighed. He looked at his black hand and his crisp white shirt under his suit jacket.

“If we do this, we’re going to upset the entire system. The Heal Everything Act is a menace. If we step around it, we may be fined and possibly imprisoned. Let’s do it!”

He said all of this to himself. “But won’t that be a detriment?” He asked himself.

“No, it will be a boon to all those other medical professionals who would like to escape the overpowering influence of the government.”
