A LOVE ROLLER COASTER

This is a roller coaster love ride of two soulmates who met each other and fall in love. Their story consists little bit twist and angles, something unusual ones as you will find that it is always not true that first love is always special but the love which remains with you all the time even in your worst is truly special and destined by the universe and this special love do not come so easily as one has to struggle a lot and nothing is in your hand. You cannot decide your future. So now I will not talk much and will start narrating what meant to be made in heaven as only God can make two people met like this.

So, the story starts with a joyful winter evening as it was and whole school was fully decorated for the Christmas eve as a big function was to be organized just like every other year. Everyone was so excited and planning what they are going to wear and with whom they will go. Deep was also imaging the same while finishing his assignments and his thoughts were fully loaded with day dreaming and suddenly a notification pops on Facebook, someone suggested a girl to him for friendship. It was his ex-schoolmate so he thought it is kind of those single offering to him to ask her to come at party so he did the same what every guy will do and after some no. not possible. sorry just like any girl will do in start of any conversation she did the same but luckily or not he got a positive response as he managed to make her say Yes to him.

Now comes the day of real interaction and everything was going up well accordingly in his favor the girl came they met and it was so smooth that later on they were in a Relationship. Things were going good and pleasant till deep made a mistake as he cheated his girlfriend because he hatched some infatuation for someone else while he was not in touch with his girlfriend. He himself told her as an apology but she didn't take it in a healthy way which no one would take though and things got worse and she broke up with deep.

He tried hard to make things clear to her, He pleaded like hell in fact he even begged her to be with him but she didn’t agree and was not ready to listen anything as for her the mistake was not worthy for forgiveness.

Deep was a guy that anyone can wish about like full of energy and josh always enthusiastic and whenever one look at him it seems like he is living every inch of his life, always wearing a smile but there comes a moment in his life when he was not feeling well as he recently got broke up with his girlfriend who said that she doesn't love him anymore because he cheated her and wants to get apart. Deep was totally shattered as he was with that girl for a long time. It was his longest relationship in terms of duration. They were together for almost two years but all the efforts gone in vain. It seemed like that there is nothing to cheer about in his life as he got lost in his own thoughts sitting in a corner all alone with teary eyes full of pain and sorrow. He got bunch of friends but still it feels like No one was with him for condolences to uplift him from that narrow lane of darkness as the kind of thing the situation demands for his betterment was not happening, the lovingly touch was missing in his life.

Deep's friends were with him in his support who were taking good care of him but that was not good enough to rejuvenate his mental health. He was all broken. Deep was not taking good care of him as he was not doing anything appropriately and got some serious health issues, his only sole dream of becoming a cricketer was also not exciting him and giving him a ray of hope to forget everything that happened.

Somehow, he was healing with time but with a very low pace and he started hating the feeling of to be loved and a hatred for love was bubbling up in his heart. He took an oath that he will never ever fall in love again as from now onwards for him love is the most poisonous thing anyone can have in life but this is not how humans are build, they need love and how much they show that they don't want to be loved and cared but deep down they desperately want someone who could take care of them and ask them how they feel. They need a partner who love them unconditionally and Deep too was wanting this thing but was stepping backwards from falling in love once again. It's not like he didn't try but sometimes the girls were not right for her and sometimes the girls thought the same for him as he forgot the art of expressing love, as the only thing he knew was to wear a fake smile and make others see he is funny and jolly but he wasn't as it never came naturally after the departure of that girl who was everything for him.

The feeling of love was not coming in a natural way as it should be. Days, weeks, months and year pass but he was yet to find the love of his life and as there is a saying that everything comes at the right moment when it is destined to, the same thing happened here with Deep as things were about to change, he was now going to meet his love of life but nothing comes so easily to him so how could a thing big this much will come without a situation being way too dramatically.

Deep got a friend named Adi who was more like of a brother to him, He was schoolmate of him. This friend of Deep introduces him to one of his friends from old school by telling things about her like how she looks, what she does and described her in almost every possible way. After listening to his friend, the creative mind of Deep created a visual picture of that girl too deep- down in a way that he started liking that girl and now Deep got just one task to do, that is to fantasize about her new Dreamgirl.

Deep was very fascinated to see that girl and in doing that somehow, he manages to get two pictures of her from his friend and after seeing her cute soothing face he was like that if he had discovered heavenly joy.

Deep's friend, in almost every other day tells story about that girl. She did this she did that and keeps on talking because deep down he too liked the girl and hatch fantasies of getting her. Deep noticed this thing but he was also aware of his friend's nature of liking every other girl around so it doesn't bother Deep that much but it arises as a problematic situation for him because now he has to ask from his friend about a girl which they both like. So, it becomes very tough for him as his friend was the only guy who can introduce him to her in a broad way.

Deep was too slow that he didn't even know her name yet as he was too shy to ask for the name of her Dreamgirl. He was finding ways to ask his friend about the name of that girl but he was aware that Adi too likes that girl so he was not intended to hurt Adi's feeling by telling him that he is also sharing the same feeling as he does. So, days were going like this only as daily Adi will tell something new about that girl and after listening to those things Deep’s heart was generating more strong feelings and he was falling more towards her.

Deep was totally in love with that girl and he used to live in his own fantasize world where only He and his Dreamgirl exist. He was in love this much that he imagines her in different looks and also make portraits of her as he was good in sketching and he also used to write letter to her anonyms Dreamgirl in which he writes all the feeling he is having for her. Slowly Deep’s love for that girl was increasing and he was extremely hurrying enough to know her name and to talk to her as he lived a long time loving her by just imagining her anonymously so one day he decided that he will ask Adi about her name and identity but he knew Adi will not tell him the name this easily because he knew the Adi's habit of not telling things easily and mostly about girls he like but somehow Deep gathered courage to ask her name and in reply Adi said – No I will not tell you her name as if I tell you then the next thing you will do is to find her on Facebook and will message her, this will not leave a good image of him on her that he told about her to his friend and they are so cheap that they immediately start texting her in hope of getting a chance. Deep told him that he will not send her any message which will make her feel awkward. He told Adi smartly that he just wanted to speak with her as he is fascinated towards her writing skills and will only talk about Shayri she wrote.

Adi agreed to tell him the name of her and in that very moment Deep got to hear the name of her Dreamgirl. Adi said that her name is Shayra. Deep asked Adi to show his facebook id as when he searched, he found that Adi’s Friend list was hidden, but Adi refuses to do this as he said that no I don’t trust you as you will do something silly which will not be good for their friendship. Deep got disheartened but he didn’t lose hope as the next thing he did was to send Hey Shayra message to every other girl named Shayra on Facebook that he found. He madly wanted to talk with the real Shayra and in exploring this treasure of him, he did everything he can.

He messaged almost 10-15 girls named Shayra and to wonder the return rate was not zero as it was in minus as many of girl blocked him thinking him as a random stalker but he didn’t give up and once again messaged the remaining girls and this time the table turned down in favor of Deep as he got a reply and majestically it was from his real Dreamgirl as in next messages she sends something which proved she was the real one. Their starting texts were like this

That day they talked for hours and it seemed like they were known to each other for decades. They shared a lot of things and find many similarities between their likes and dislike. Everything was going smooth as it was written by some of the great writers that I will still say almighty it was but his works as we all know takes a lot of turns. He didn’t let anyone meet someone easily and in case of Deep there was no chance of mercy at all.

Now Deep and Shayra daily talks with each other and wishing morning after getting up and goodnight before sleep become a ritual to both. Slowly Deep started to let her know that he loves him by giving her some hints as like he used to write poetry about her and also flirts with her romantically but all in a friendly way which was might not enough to give a stamp to his feelings for her So one day, He decided that he will tell his feelings to her and will propose her and he text her that he wanted to meet her in person.

Shayra was in college that time when she received his message and she too wanted to meet him as they had become good friends and she was very lively and always wanted to meet new and interesting people and Deep was a total stranger but a special one because their bond become stronger in no time so she said Yes we can meet today and she said to come to Kadami Restaurant which was near to her college

After seeing her reply Deep got super nervous and excited too because his dream of meeting her Dreamgirl was going to be true. He prepared himself well. The first thing he did was he went to his Barber and asked for a makeover. His barber friend who was used to see Deep in his similar look for ages was shocked and he immediately said – Seems like someone is going on a date. Deep blushed and marks an affirmation to this. After getting the haircut he gets himself ready by wearing the best attire according to him as he was going for a date. He was super happy as on the very first meet he was going to tell Shayra about her feelings for her as he was desperately waiting for this moment since a long period so he was in hurry and forgot the basic rule of keep calm and go slow.

Deep was all ready and went the spot one hour earlier than the scheduled time and was waiting eagerly to see his Dreamgirl in person. Every other girl he sees, He starts finding if she is Shayra or not so to break this nervousness he called her and asked where is she and when she will arrive, in his response she told him that she has reached and, in any moment, she will be there. After knowing this Deep’s heart started to beat with lightning-fast pace his body was shivering and somehow, he controlled himself and, in few minutes, Shayra arrived.

Oh gosh! This was the first sound that came out of Deep when he saw Shayra for the very first time. It was like that he would have seen some beauty goddess like Perfect hair perfect smile everything about her appearance was just perfect and to remind you again she was coming from her college after attending all day long classes must be super Tiry inside but still managed to look this good.

They both were standing and just waiting for one of them to break the ice and then suddenly Deep said – “You look more beautiful in real than in pictures” and in response to this she replied – “Didn’t I look good in pictures". Deep replied – “No I didn’t mean that” and they both smiled to this and for almost an hour they both talked and then she told him that she needs to go as she is getting late and need to reach home soon. That one hour felt like a second to Deep which flew away too quickly and he wanted her to stay but was understanding her urge to go home and let her and Deep didn’t tell her about her feelings as he was lost in her talk all the time and in admiring her looks and was also not feeling ready to present her words. So, they both were about to leave with a happy note and going home, suddenly Deep put hands in his pocket and pulls out a chocolate and gives it to her by saying - “Actually I was bit confused that What should I bring her and coming empty handed was not seeming good so I thought a girl who talks this much sweetly would probably love sweet and chocolates are favorite of girls”.

Shayra says - “Oh nice! Between you got many information about girls, it seems like you have gifted chocolates to many girls”. Deep said in reply - “Not really because no one seemed this much special till now". Hey both smiled and with little chitchat they both goes back to their home respectively.

This was the happiest day in his life and he wanted this happiness to be lifelong so he took his time and near half a month when he thought the timing is somewhat perfect, he set the mood and texted Shayra - “Hey listen I wanna ask you something”

S – What?

D- What do you think about me?

S – About you? Like in what terms

D – Like what do you think about me as a person?

S – You. You are such an Idiot. A total joker you are

D- Hey Shayra Please I am serious

S- Everything Alright?’

D- See I don’t know telling things by fencing so I want to say directly to you

S – What? Please say clearly. I am getting worried

D- Shayra I Love You. I am madly in love with you. I wanna be with you for the rest of my life

S- Deep listen. I know our friendship grew very fast but I think you are taking my response to you in a wrong way. See It might be infatuion. So, rethink on it and for me you are special but a special friend nothing else

D- Shayra I understand what you are saying but I want to tell you that it is all real nothing kind of infatuation.

S- Did you had your dinner?

D- Not yet but going to have now. Goodnight ttyl

S- Goodnight Take care I will be always with you. We will be good friends forever

D- Sure

They both went to sleep and after this, days goes like this only. They both don’t talk much now. Shayra initiated to talk many a time but Deep resisted and there was a vacuum been created which was making her feel something missing and uncomfortable. She was missing the talks they both had and this all was start of feelings bubbling up for Deep in her heart and slowly she too fell in love with him and one day she texted him that she urgently wanted to meet him on the same place where they first met and at the same time. He asked why what happened but she didn’t reveal anything and said her to just follow what she is saying so he goes to that place and waits for her on the pre reserved table and when she arrived tells him about her feeling for him and how she generated that for him and how strongly she believed that yes, she is in love with him. After listening to her Deep’s eyes were in tears and he immediately hugged her and kiss her on forehead and thanked for realizing early and not taking too much time as he was going through some serious bad phase after her rejection. She tells him that I have never been in any relationship before as I never felt something like this for someone. I never seek someone this much trustworthy and well deserving for my love but when you stopped talking with me in the way we used to then I realized how deeply I was connected with you. She also said one thing that – See I am not that type of girl who enters in relationship for time pass. If I am holding hands of someone then knot has been tied for forever No going back. Deep said in reply – Shayra Iloveyoualot I cannot imagine my life without you. You are the Sun in my universe, you are my only star. I have never loved someone this much. If someone has loved anyone this much before then it must be Meera loving Krishna. You don’t know how long I have waited for you. You don’t even have any idea how much I loved you even before meeting you and talking to you. Shayra got confused and to clear her confusion Deep tells everything that how he fell in love with her and waited to meet her in real and before this how he used to fantasize her and he also shows her all the letters he wrote to her and also the sketches just by imaging her. After knowing all this Shayra cried happily and hugged him so badly and proposes him and they both kissed.

You all must have been thinking that at last everything went fantastically well but let me remind you guys that nothing comes straight in Deep’s life without taking a turn, this thing you will come to know. Let's see what happened next -

Deep and Shayra are in a relationship now and they both talked with each other all day long. Their college too ended and now they had to go on journey of real world and had to manage their love life along with it. Deep was the only son in his family and he recently had lost his father few years back so his family and financial conditions were not good and on the other hand Shayra’s family was an elite one, her father owns a factory and to them everything was just perfect. This huge gap of financial instability was going to play a huge role in their life it was the harsh reality for them that needed to be covered together strongly.

Deep had to do well to get some base to showcase to her parents so he decided to took a job so to start earning. He starts giving interviews and luckily got a job with low income but good to start and Shayra too started following her passion of becoming Makeup Artist so she gets herself admitted in a well-known Makeup Academy. They both were struggling hard and also maintaining their love life very well, there were days when they had ups and down but they managed all very well. They were very determined and always remember of not giving up their hands and always hold it strongly.

One year completed and now Shayra is a certified Makeup trainer and got a job in other part of the country and now the real test of both was to be taken as now they have to live in long distance relationship for don’t know how long. Shayra was very reluctant to go and doesn’t want to leave Deep alone but he assisted her well and told her that it is not just about her job it's about their future. It is a war that they dually need to win. He makes her understand that distance doesn’t matter, they are always together. The connection between them will never get troubled whatever will happen.

For almost one and a half year Shayra lived away and daily Deep used to ask for her live location to track her in case of any emergency. He daily calls him when she sets out for job and when she comes back. He always acted like her backbone whenever she misses everyone. He never let her cry and always finds a way to make her feel happy. They were living far away but their heart was together all the time. He keeps daily track of her meal timing and behave more like a father to her. He supported her morally and mentally. On her birthday too when she was missing her family, he planned and ordered cake for her after that video called her. They both tried their best to make each other feel special all the time.

One day Shayra got a call from her family and they tell her something very shocking that they had seen a boy for her and want her to come back as the boy's family wanted to meet her. After listening this Shayra felt like she is in a nightmare and she felt the ground slipping under her feet. She was crying heavily and suddenly her phone rings; it was Deep she picked up immediately and told her everything cryingly. He too was in shock but told her not to worry they will carry some plan to work out and ask her to come back as her family said.

Shayra came back and met Deep as early as she can and they both decided to tell everything about them to her parents as they both knew that her family was a modern and mature one and will surely understand them and she did the same courageously and to luckily her parents listened to her and ask her to bring Deep to home. She was very happy and tell everything to him.

As decided Deep went to Shayra’s house in the best possible attire and met her family. He was very much presentable and liked by them all but her father tells him one thing very clearly that see we are understanding how much you love our daughter but love is not enough a healthy relationship demands many other things which will be fulfilled with the help of money only and as Shayra told us about your financial condition we cannot accept this relationship and you need to step backward as it will be good for both of your future. In response to this Deep has got only two things to say one was to accept their words and goes back but what he said showed how true his love was and how confident he was. He said that – Sir whatever you said is totally right and I agree with you completely but let me tell you one thing that I have promised Shayra that I will never leave her hands no matter what. Sir if you really think that I am a deserving guy for you daughter and you were able to see the love in my eyes for her then I want you to grant me some time and I will prove myself that I can earn well and will treat your daughter like a princess and if I fail in doing that, I will never come across her in my whole life. By seeing his confidence and strong will Shayra’s father was impressed and thought that a chance to him is worth giving. At that time Shayra was of 23 and his father said that maximum I can give is two years and on the very next day she needs to marry with the guy I will choose.

Now they both were having 730 days in hand to prove themselves. They both decided that from now onwards they will consider every day is a challenge and will not waste even a single second. They both hustled a lot. Deep did every kind of job in which he could earn more and also saved some money too. After a while deep also got a decent job and was earning well and Everything was going well until the misfortune events started to come back once again as usual, they come in Deep’s life as a ritual but this time the tragic situation was not just for him but for the whole nation. I am talking about Covid virus which entered like a villain to everyone's life. It ruined many and almost every lost a lot and Deep was one of them as he lost his job due to covid and there comes a time when his saving too gets terminated and he need to borrow money from his friends for daily expense.

Two-year span was about to be end in just 6 months and now only a miracle could save them but nothing seemed to be happening like this. Nothing was going well but they both didn’t lose hope and he again tried to get a good job and in search of this he did every small task for the survival. 2 months passed this way and now he lost all the hope of marrying Shayra. They both were too depressed and in tension that what will they do next. Shayra visited every temple and prayed to get things settled. Deep was way too depressed and started drinking and also got indulged in some practices to earn money that he never imagined being a literate guy. He visited various Baba and Astrologer. He did whatever everyone told him but nothing worked. He became so much aggressive and his behavior towards Shayra also started to change as he remains upset all the time and quarrel with her on small talks. He fights with everyone and one day he was sitting all alone on the road and a guy came and ask him to purchase one, Deep shouted at him frustratingly as he was very upset with his bad luck and someone telling him to try his luck was like mocking at him but the guy was very stubborn and didn’t go without selling him one ticket. After purchasing the ticket Deep took a selfie with the ticket and send it to Shayra and texted her that see today is the last day for me doing any kind of mistake and you know what was the first mistake I did- I was loving you without knowing you. If I would have known that you are this much hard to get, I would have never fall in love with you. Shayra cried a lot after seeing his message but didn’t react because she knew that he is not in his senses completely and is talking bullshit out of frustration. Deep rolled the ticket and in front of that guy he digs a hole in sand and puts that ticket inside it and says to him - “Bro this destiny is such a bitch as no one can tell when it will get changed, nothing can be achieved out of destiny and specially love. Today, this fate has mixed my love with the soil just like I did with the ticket” and walks away.

Just 2 months to go and Shayra’ s family has started looking a guy for her and also started the other preparations and now it was completely agreed by Deep that nothing can be done and he has to forgot her but he never imagined her life without her so he decided that he will leave the city and packed his luggage and was about to leave. When Shayra got to know about this she was completely shattered and called him. He was crying badly and only one thing he was saying I don’t want to live anymore. Shayra asked her to gather himself and requested him to meet her for one last time at the same place where they met and he agreed.

They both met at the same restaurant and this time both were on time because they both were eagerly waiting to see each other. They hugged and were crying badly. No one of them was able to control themself and she said that she wants him to take her away with him or she will do something wrong with her. Deep shouted at him and said – Are you out of your sense what are you saying. You forgot we promised each other that we will never loose each other's hand and to his reply Shayra said – “I am not the one who forgot, it is you that’s why you are going and leaving me all alone”. They both make each other feel calm and then starts thinking maturely what can be done but nothing was coming in their mind. So, they both agreed on this that they will not take any serious step and will try till the very last moment and they again start their hustle with a positive approach. In few weeks of searching hard Deep got a job and he was working for 9 hours at job and was also doing freelancing along with that and for the next remaining days he slept for almost only 4 hours a day. He was working hard all day and night.

Slowly days passed and there comes the last few days and he got a call from her and she told him that Papa had fixed my marriage and date is exactly what it was decided. He was very much sad and was not able to say anything and then the day of marriage comes and they both woke up with tears in eyes and was not talking to anyone as now the story was about to get end. Everything which started like a perfect dream was about to get shattered and harsh reality was to be seen by them. Deep’s phone rings, it's her – “Listen I want to meet you right now.”

(Deep)- No Shayra now nothing can happen we have lost everything now you go and live your life happily and in reply what she said was – “Yeah, Now I will live my life with happiness because you are my life”.

(Deep) - You go you are talking absurd.

(Shayra) - No Deep its true as my parents has agreed for us and they want us to get married and Papa has invited you at home.

Deep – “You are in your senses na, you know what are you saying”)

Shayra – Yes Deep I know very well what I am saying and it is totally true. Come fast everyone is waiting for you.

Now this was the most happiest moment of his life he was jumping happily like a mad and he immediately visited her house where he got to know that her parents got ready very earlier when they saw the struggle of both but didn’t tell them as they wanted them to fight to the very end and they did exactly what they wished for and they also tells that they all were acting and it all was well rehearsed by them to not make them get any sense about their approval and everything was planned and they also decided that today will be the day they both will get married and to his surprise they had already arranged the court dates and they all went to court for the marriage.

How lovingly it all was na but this is not the complete end because as Deep said Destiny is such as Bitch and in this roller coaster one last ride was left to be taken.

Deep and Shayra was happily married and they both were also doing good in their professional life too and on a very fine evening they both were walking around the road suddenly Shayra’s foot struck with something and she nearly fell off and when they checked there was some uneven mud in the sand and to Deep’s surprise it was the same place where he kept the lottery ticket and she told this to Shayra and she said – “What man you are such a nerd, just imagine what if we would have won the lottery”. Deep said – “What's the use of thinking something which is never going to happen”. In her reply Shayra said- Did you ever think of marrying me after all those happenings and just after hearing this they both start digging and found that old but not torn ticket and they checked the result and after seeing the result they both were like – Oh gosh! It was the same expression that Deep gave after seeing the Shayra for the very first time because they had won the lottery and according to rules there was time left to claim their prize money of $10 Million

Really Grandpa the prize money was that huge?

Yes, kiddos your grandma really changed my destiny and that day I truly realized what destiny is and we never left each other's hand till now (Deep kisses Shayra on Forehead)
