'The river ran backward on the day the queen vanished'. It was as it had been written. Golinda had heard the story many times. However, this morning, as the winds howled under the aubergine clouds streaked with fuchsia, she awake and realized that she was moody and needed to speak with the Wizard for guidance.

The Wizard had taken Golinda under his wing after the loss of her parents. Golinda had always appreciated that his cave had running water, flush toilets, electricity and the internet. She delighted in discovering the magic held within and beyond the walls. Each elliptical path of the earth around the sun had brought in light that pointed her to books, led her on adventures and formed images that sparked her creativity. Up to this moment, Golinda had known few sorrows and little disappointment. She felt prepared for what fate had ordained.

As she sat with the Wizard for breakfast she said, "I am confused, angry and afraid. You have told me that the prophecy will start to unfold. I do not feel prepared."

The Wizard had taught her much. He had offered her more than encyclopedic knowledge. Golinda had been rigorously trained to maintain home, mind, body and soul and learned about the world and how to serve it. The Wizard had directed the Princess along a weaving path, telling her about life and her role, saying that she was the chosen one.

The Wizard looked up from under his long eyebrows. “Theory applied to reality is not always as imagined. You are part of the tree of life spoken of in ancient texts. The sacred immortal tree takes on solid, liquid and atmospheric forms, that are hidden in plain view. The Axis Mundi, that connects the Earth and Cosmos, the Ash tree Yggdrasil that holds mysteries of life and death, the 'forbidden Tree of Knowledge’ in the Garden of Eden, the Indian Tree of the Sun and the Moon, Akshayavat, the Chinese tree Jinmenju that carries fruits that look like human heads and various trees of Islamic, Druidic and other lore, are Oracular Trees. They have the ability to speak to individuals who know how to listen, and they help them prophesize the future."

Golinda wept saying, “You have told me this story so many times, but I am still blind and deaf. I have not heard or seen the trees."

As was his way, the Wizard recited T. S. Eliot, “I said: "The wonder that I feel is easy, yet ease is cause of wonder. Therefore, speak. I may not comprehend, may not remember." And he: "I am not eager to rehearse my thoughts and theory which you have forgotten. These things have served their purpose: let them be."

Golinda looked up. Her eyes were dry. The familiarity of the passage rang clear to her soul. Yet she pleaded, “Please tell me once again and let me voice my doubts.”

The Wizard said, “I will tell you again and again. You will hear my words now and even when I am not beside you."

The Wizard continued, "The sacred trees support every aspect of the cosmos and can repeatedly spontaneously transform, into unique forms. Their deep roots pass messages between the sea of chi that flows from within the Earth’s core, to the branches that feed the trees, placenta, the nerve fibres in the body and they are tributaries to the cosmic rivers that carry water following the path of least resistance, toward the cosmic ocean that surrounds the most massive black hole, a quasar, located over 12 billion light years away. The quasar does not reveal what is within but shine as the brightest and most energetic object in the Universe.

"Since ancient times, rivers have been known to reverse direction briefly or permanently. Small changes can have large, long-lasting effects. Take for example the planet’s mightiest river, the Amazon. It flows west to east from the Andes to the Atlantic Ocean, but geological evidence shows it once flowed from east to west. Tectonic forces on the East coast, shook the ground and sediments flowing for millions of years built up then caused accumulations of water by the mountains. This caused erosion with more sediments that eventually caused a gravitational shift causing the flow of the river to reverse.”

“I do not have millions of years,” scowled Golinda.

“Well, don’t you worry. You carry millions of years within you. Plus, life can change in an instant. After a seismic catastrophe, landslides collapsed riverbanks, and leveled man made structures in the Mississippi river in 1812, a reversal happened in a small section changing the normal start at a glacial lake in Minnesota, to the Gulf of Mexico. During this time, the US declared war on Britain, Napoleon introduced the Metric system, then France declared war on Russia and invaded Moscow. Grimm's Fairy tales and Fantasmagoriana were written. Nature, reality and fairy tales simultaneously reversed direction of flow. ”

“So, what can I do?” pouted Golinda.

The Wizard raised one side of his mouth in a crooked smile. “You can become a river pirate. Divert the flow of water from one river to another. This caused a glacier that ran northward to the Bering Sea to flow southward to the Pacific.

“You are not taking me seriously. This is getting boring” said Golinda.

The wizard responded, “My dear girl, I am always serious. You are the bore! Let me explain. Every two weeks, the full and new moon causes high tides, that can form a tidal bore with a large frontal wall that moves along an estuary, that then funnels inward until it meets the river. The Ganges reverses directions in certain areas when the ocean tide is bigger than the river tide and becomes a bore. When the tide hits a sandbar, water reforms another tidal bore that follows along the river through the mountains."

Golinda’s brow furrowed as she said, “ You know so much. My knowledge is not sufficient.”

The Wizard shrugged. “Despite all of our knowledge, we are but a small speck in the face of powerful nature. Golinda, you have been trained to understand the stars and cycles but still you doubt that you are part of a cycle of Nature's patterns. You will know what it takes to make your destiny come to pass. "

“Perhaps,” Golinda sighed, “but I still have doubts and worries."

The wizard smiled, “ Do not worry little one. Your knowledge will do little to change how you are connected in ways that extend far beyond the brain. I am sure that you have your reasons to choose to worry, but believe me, you have sufficient means to know what to do, when the time comes, just like a bird knows how to fly and a fish knows how to swim, and a plant knows how to grow and flower. We understand the message of nature's time givers without knowing. The light of the sun, the moon and the stars pass to us the consciousness of the universe."

Golinda had been raised learning about the history of mankind, the Earth and the Universe. She accepted what is written in the stars, and her great responsibility. Now she was told not to worry. She argued, “Maybe my worries will give me the answers I will need. ”

The Wizard said, “You know how to observe yourself. Be intentional. Call upon Gallopatrot, the golden fractal dragon, who uses knowledge of the genius of past souls, to move in the Brownian motion of chaos. Use your Gallopatrot, found in the subcortical R complex of the reptilian brain attached to the magic crystal of the pilgrim soul and in the largest and smallest spirals in nature, from nebulae in our galaxy to DNA, shells, and the hippocampus where memories are stored. "

"I am still training Gallopatrot." Golinda added. She had first met the dragon when it unfurled from a leaf. “The dragon has no concept of becoming or passing away or inherent judgement of better or worse. That makes me nervous. When I imagine being safe, Gallopatrot plays with me, questioning if I am a flimflam artist, who is creating optical illusions. Gallopatrot says I am making Pepper's ghosts coming out of nowhere. I like Gallopatrot but would not go so far as to say that the dragon has earned my trust."

"Change often starts with a design and vision to overcome a problem, associated with significant weaknesses and degradations within the system. With intention and attention, test if together, you and Gallopatrot have resiliency to navigate the highs and lows and can establish harmonic balance throughout the asymmetric dimensions. Follow the path of the dragon who serves to protect the trees carrying the golden fruits. Modify your responses and alter reactions to the dynamic angular forces vectors that cause unbalance. Establish a critical rotational speed that will open transverse cracks in the accelerating rotating system and cause the direction of flow to go opposite to that of its rotation. Together you can control the backward whirl of post resonance.

"It has taken nature thousands of years for the oceans and rivers to unite. They move together along the path of the dragon, even when the King Tide comes and the Queen vanishes as the river reverses. Together they carve the Titans that stand guard on the banks of rivers. Follow the trail of water, or dust when it dries. It has always lead the way for others to follow."

Golinda felt at peace. She relaxed and trusted Gallopatrot. She observed her passing thoughts. Her peripheral vision caught splintered flashes of visions from reflections that tended to linger beyond just a moment. Then she heard the words of the tree of life.

"Golinda Asterocytes, we are glad that you ride with Gallopatrot who can align memories in the pyramids that connect your brain with the pyramids and stars. You are not alone. Gallopatrot is the magic wand, your internal spirit level, who will help find the normal when everything is askew. "

Golinda had finally heard a message from the trees. She was ready to point her magic wand knowing she could navigate following the smallest finely tuned ideas of what she remembered from the pool of information that has been transformed from intention into action since the beginning of time. The smiling dragon could drift any which way up or down the river.
