I have made countless mistakes in my 20s and although it's tough, looking back there are so many things I wish I had known going in.

1. Know that everything is going to be ok. Even though it might not feel like that in the moment. It is a time of transition, self-discovery and it can be a stressful and confusing period of life, but it is also an exciting time for growth and exploration. Knowing that everything is going to be okay during this period can help you stay positive and motivated as you navigate the challenges that come with this age. With the right attitude, your 20s can be a time of great personal growth and success. By understanding that everything will turn out alright in the end, you can take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them without worrying too much about the future.

2. Forget about planning out your life. Everything will fall into place when the time is right.

3. You can't change the past, but you can learn from it and make better choices moving forward. You might make a stupid mistake and that's okay, but learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.

4. Self-love matters. I cannot stress this enough, spend time with yourself, do what you love, life your life for yourself. Taking care of your mind and your body is important.

5. STOP comparing yourself to others. Comparing yourself to others is a sure-fire way to lead to unhappiness and dissatisfaction. It can make you feel inadequate, insecure, and unworthy. Instead of looking at what others have achieved, it's important to focus on your own progress and accomplishments. By doing so, you can stay motivated and inspired to reach your goals. Comparing yourself to others only leads to feelings of envy and jealousy, which can prevent you from achieving true success in life. Stop comparing yourself and start focusing on what makes you unique - that's the key to finding true happiness!

6. Sleep. Sleep. Sleep. It is essential for your mental and physical health because it helps you to stay focused, improve productivity, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Poor sleep can lead to a variety of health issues such as depression, anxiety, and even obesity. Getting adequate sleep in your twenties is important for many reasons. It helps to regulate hormones, boosts immunity, and increases energy levels. It also helps to reduce stress levels and improves mental clarity which is essential for problem-solving skills. Furthermore, it can help you stay alert during the day so that you are able to perform better at work or school.

7. Stick to a budget. Plan for the future. As a young adult, you are likely to be faced with a number of financial decisions that will shape your future. It is important to make sure that you are setting yourself up for success by sticking to a budget and planning for the future. Having a budget in place can help you stay on track and make sure that you are not overspending or taking on too much debt. Additionally, it is important to plan for the future so that you can ensure that you have the money needed for big life events such as buying a house or starting a family. By taking the time to create and stick to a budget now, you can set yourself up for financial success in the future.

8. Slow down. Breathe and live every day like it is your last.

9. Know that it's never going to be perfect. "Nobody's perfect, you live and you learn it. Again and Again till you make it right" - Hannah Montana

10. Do what you love. Explore your passion and enjoy them. You have the unique opportunity to explore and discover what you love. It is a time when you can take risks and experiment with different activities, hobbies, or career paths that may bring you joy. Doing what you love can be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, both personally and professionally. Not only will it help you find your true passion in life, but it will also give you the chance to make a difference in the world through your work. By exploring your passions in your 20s, you can find a career that truly makes you happy while also making an impact on society.
