It was a hot summer day in a small town just outside south Florida

the winds was blowing the air was quit and humid not a sound in sight Remington

was a teenager who had just finished from a huge high school. His shiny

dark skin and becoming-length lock in cut hair a medium size stature there he stood

Remington chose a red shirt black jeans and all black running shoes as he dressed himself for that morning

the sun beamed through the window onto him leaving a giant silhouette of himself. Remington was a youngster

who grew up in the city of South Florida Remington sprouted up with five older brothers Remington being the

youngest of them Remington's father Tall, slender shape fair medium complexion with curly lock hair also his other relatives

too had the same resemblance Tall shiny complexion curly lock hair Remington's mother with a coconut complexion shoulder- length khaki

straight hair Remington's Mom would dress herself nicely Remington sisters resemble their mom short long khaki straight hair they loved

playing dress up too. When she left the house for work, she would put in hours doing her hairstyle and make up as Remington

thought back Remington could only remember in the tale of his mind growing up his household did not have a bunch of money and

most of his summer days were spent hanging out at a resident basketball court His mom and dad worked hard to provide for him and his other

relatives but there was always just enough to make ends meet so when his grandmother wanted to do something different or the occasion was rare she

would cook up the biggest meal his family would gather and enjoy her fixings as The years past Remington graduated from a great school and found himself

ready to afford new things the trips to the mall Remington would hit the mall at least twice a week for shopping he bought a lot of clothing Tee shirts

and sneakers also while being at the mall Remington enjoyed getting a bite of food from the food court which him and his friends would do almost

every visit Remington could spend hours inside a video game store Remington an online gamer he always had the newer edition of almost all video games

besides he would spend hours online challenging his siblings to a game of NBA 2k live, a comfortable lifestyle. Remington did not mind soon Remington

moved only a few miles away from his hometown into a luxury apartment the place was beautiful tall high ceilings' granite counter tops and the apartment

even came with a waste service every Tuesday the company would arrive at the complex and collect the trash. This wasn't hard from Remington to remember you

hardly saw anyone at this complex outside of crew working during the week. Most of the kids that Remington went to school with had local jobs now and so did

his older siblings, but they remained in their neighborhood. Remington could afford original experiences, this was only a behavior that Remington

could imagine. Remington dreamed of this Lifestyle Rental cars, every week there was a different car everyday black on black chocolate leather seats

Remington couldn't wait to cruise around town and be seen. Video games, shopping malls, dinner at unusual restaurant every time was a strange experience

head in the clouds Remington would never imagine changing his behavior. One day Remington decided to change his diet and go Vegan was a plant based diet

which excludes all animal products including meat, dairy, and eggs and when people followed correctly a vegan diet can be highly nutritious. a vegan diet you can eat

foods made from plants including fruits and vegetables peas, beans, nuts, and seeds Remington would make trips to the market at least twice a week for recipes

that he loved to make during the week Remington would also go meatless from time to time now when Remington started the vegan diet he was clueless about meal

planning Remington could only remember searching online for recipes and meal planning tips after while Remington eating habits became natural and Remington was eating

healthier than ever life was good Remington was extremely excited and enjoying his lifestyle finding his third eye.
