The Road to Embroidery: How I Discovered a New Creative Outlet
Tapestry of Artful Stitches

First time Embroidery caught my interest was in 9th grade, where we (me & my sister) learn the different type of stitches and got too excited by beautiful outcomes and learn many more stitches from Internet. My sister was always more inclined towards art and craft side and pay more attention to details. Her Embroidery work was always best in class and mine was little rough :D
In our Summer break we decided to start embroidery on our shirts for Eid Festival, it took us 20 days to complete a shirt as we were so slow and enjoying the process. I was more slow from my sister and she keep teach me the ways of doing it neatly and correctly.
Almost after 5-6 years, I again wanted to do embroidery on my shirt as previous one was liked by everyone and I wanted to check whether I still remember the stitches or not. At this time I choose a design from Instagram and trace it on my shirt and start. This time stitch I got impressed by myself. Now whenever I scroll my Instagram i got wonderful designs and ideas of Embroidery. I spend 3-4 hours daily on Embroidery Ideas and found it so theraputic. Whenever I start embroidery, I got so relaxed and feel free from all day stress.
Now after Completing my Graduation in Business and my Sister in Textile design, we both decided to start Embroidery as a proper business. She is the one who is Expert in Embroidery and I am One who knows how to make it reachable to Customers. So as a First step we get ideas from Internet. Than we start shoping for necessary items as Threads, Needles and Hoops of different sizes. We thought we should have alot of designs first before launching our work. So we work day and night on different designs and done a proper shoot of hoops in DayLight. Started our page on 25th of February,2023. Uploaded almost 13-14 designs of Wall hanging frames and a file cover. Got Multiple orders within 2 weeks and that's with only Organic Audience.
We are on the first step of starting our Journey......
Here are some of my Favorite Embroidery Projects, Have a look.

Embroidery has become much more than just a hobby to me; it's now an essential part of my self-care routine. Whenever I sit down to embroider, I feel like I'm transported to a different world, one where the stresses of everyday life simply disappear. The rhythmic motion of the needle and thread, combined with the soft, soothing colors of the fabric, creates an almost meditative state of mind. I find myself completely immersed in the process, with each stitch feeling like a mini accomplishment.
Embroidery has helped me to slow down and appreciate the simple things in life. As I work on my projects, I often take a moment to breathe deeply and be present in the moment. This intentional focus on the present has been an incredibly grounding and therapeutic experience for me. Embroidery has also helped me to build a sense of mindfulness and patience, as each project takes time and dedication to complete.
When I invest time in embroidery, I am not only creating beautiful pieces, but I am also taking care of my mental health. It provides me with a sense of accomplishment, relaxation, and creative expression that I can't find anywhere else. Whether I'm feeling anxious, stressed, or just in need of a break, embroidery is always there for me. It truly is a therapeutic and transformative practice that I hope to continue for years to come.
