The Greedy Lion who Ate All the Fruit
A Cautionary Tale of Listening to Your Body

Once upon a time, in a lush green jungle, there lived a greedy lion. His name was Leo, and he had a reputation for being the most selfish and insatiable lion in the jungle. He never shared his food with anyone, not even his own lioness or cubs.
One day, Leo woke up feeling very hungry. He decided to go out and hunt for his dinner. As he wandered through the jungle, he spotted a juicy antelope grazing in the distance. Leo's mouth began to water, and he crept up quietly behind the antelope, ready to pounce.
But just as he was about to make his move, he heard a rustling in the bushes behind him. He turned around to see a mischievous monkey, grinning at him from a nearby tree.
"Hello, Leo!" said the monkey. "What are you up to today?"
"I'm about to catch myself a delicious antelope," replied Leo, licking his lips.

"Ah, I see," said the monkey. "But have you ever thought about trying something different for a change?"
"Like what?" asked Leo, intrigued.
"Well," said the monkey, "I heard that the fruit trees on the other side of the jungle are ripe with sweet and succulent fruits. Maybe you should give them a try instead of always eating meat."
Leo thought about it for a moment. He had never tried fruit before, but the idea of something sweet and juicy sounded tempting. So he decided to give it a go and set off towards the fruit trees.
As he walked through the jungle, Leo felt his stomach growling even louder. He was getting hungrier and hungrier, and the thought of the delicious antelope was still on his mind. But he was determined to try the fruit, so he pushed on.
Finally, he arrived at the fruit trees, and to his surprise, they were indeed filled with an abundance of ripe and juicy fruits. Leo's mouth watered as he plucked one of the fruits from the tree and took a bite.
"Mmm," he said, chewing thoughtfully. "This is actually quite delicious!"

He continued to eat the fruit, savoring every juicy bite. But before he knew it, he had eaten all the fruit on that tree, and his hunger was still not satisfied.
He moved on to the next tree, then the next, and the next. He ate and ate until he had devoured all the fruit in the entire jungle.
Finally, his hunger was satisfied, and he lay down under a tree, feeling very pleased with himself. But as he closed his eyes, he began to feel a strange sensation in his stomach. It was like a bubbling and churning, and he started to feel very uncomfortable.
He opened his eyes and looked down, and to his horror, he realized that he had eaten so much fruit that he had swollen up like a balloon! He was now so large that he couldn't even move.
The monkey appeared once again, this time with a sly grin on his face.
"I guess you should have listened to your body when it was full, huh?" said the monkey, laughing.
Leo felt ashamed and embarrassed. He had let his greed get the best of him, and now he was paying the price.

From that day on, Leo learned to listen to his body and only eat what he needed. He never forgot the lesson he had learned and made sure to share his food with the other animals in the jungle.
And as for the monkey, well, let's just say that Leo made sure to keep a closer eye on him from then on.
