Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled his country very well. Although his kingdom was not big, the people were well-fed, housed, and happy. The king had three beautiful and lovely little princesses who possessed a magical power that whenever they cried, their tears would turn into sparkling diamonds of great value.

One day, the king realized that he was getting old, and he had no one to entrust his kingdom to, and there was no one to take care of his princesses either. So he proclaimed to the world:

"As you all know, I have three princesses, each possessing unparalleled beauty, and when they cry, their tears turn into expensive diamonds. In a month's time, I will summon all the outstanding men from around the world, and let them choose their preferred husband for my daughters- the chosen ones will have the opportunity to inherit my kingdom and wealth!"

A month later, the king's palace was crowded with princes, knights, and wealthy sons from all over the world. Each one of them was handsome and extraordinary. They confidently gathered in the palace, waiting for the princesses' arrival. At noon, the king brought his three princesses to the palace to welcome the guests.

To show their appreciation for their guests' travels, the eldest princess sang a song on the spot, her voice clear and melodious like an angel's. The second princess danced a light and graceful dance, showing off her wonderful figure. As for the youngest and smallest princess, she simply smiled at everyone, revealing her innocent charm.

As the banquet went on, the suitors tried everything to please the princesses, but none of them seemed to capture their hearts. Meanwhile, the youngest princess became increasingly elusive, often disappearing into the garden alone.

One day, when the youngest princess was strolling in the garden, she stumbled upon a young man who was not one of the suitors. His name was Jack, and he was a gardener's apprentice. Despite his lowly status, the princess found herself drawn to his kind and gentle nature.

Over time, the youngest princess and Jack fell deeply in love, but their love was doomed from the start. The king would never allow his daughter to marry a gardener's apprentice, let alone one who had no wealth or power.

As the deadline for the princesses' marriage drew closer, the suitors became more and more desperate to win their hearts. Meanwhile, the youngest princess was heartbroken as she realized that her love for Jack was impossible.

On the day of the selection, the three princesses appeared before the suitors, but the youngest was missing. The king went to look for her and found her in the garden, crying. When he asked her what was wrong, she told him about her love for Jack.

The king was initially furious at the thought of his daughter marrying a commoner, but upon seeing how deeply they loved each other, he relented. He declared that his youngest daughter could marry whoever she wanted, regardless of their social status.

And so, the youngest princess and Jack married in a beautiful ceremony in the palace gardens. They lived happily ever after, and the princess's tears of joy now turned into diamonds of even greater value, as their love shone brighter than any gemstone.

As the years passed, the kingdom thrived under the wise rule of the young couple. Jack had proven himself to be a capable and just ruler, while the princess brought her own unique perspective and compassion to the court. Together, they worked tirelessly to improve the lives of their subjects, building schools, hospitals, and parks throughout the land.

Their love for each other continued to grow stronger with each passing day, and they remained devoted to one another for life. They had many children, who inherited their parents' kind hearts and intelligence, and who were loved by all in the kingdom.

The princess's magical tears continued to flow, but now they were tears of happiness, not sorrow. Whenever she shed a tear in joy or gratitude, it turned into a diamond of extraordinary brilliance and beauty. The diamonds became legendary throughout the land, and people came from far and wide to see them and hear the story of the princess and her beloved husband.

As the years went by, the princess and Jack grew old together, surrounded by their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. When they passed away, they were mourned by all in the kingdom, and their legacy lived on through the generations that followed.

And so, the story of the youngest princess and Jack became a timeless tale of love, courage, and devotion, inspiring countless others to follow in their footsteps and find their own happily ever after.
