How to Volunteer as Family | Blake McCoy | Chicago, IL
Many families want to volunteer but don’t know where to start and what to expect from the experience. Several websites help families find volunteer opportunities that are appropriate for their family. As parents and role models, it is essential to talk to children about the various causes they are interested in and encourage them to participate in the selection process. The best way to make a difference and have a meaningful experience is to volunteer in the following ways as a family.

Father's Day: Recognize, Not Idealize
My dad was a taxi driver. When I was little, he always had to leave home after dinner because he had to go to work for the night shift. One of the most memorable event that happened between me and my father when I was in kindergarten was that one night when my father was on the way out for work, I was already drifting asleep. But when I heard the metal door closed, I got up right away to rush to the door to say goodbye to my father, as I did every night. I got up so fast that I slammed my forehead onto the bed headboard and it bled all over my face. I cried so loud that everyone in the house, my mom, my sister, and even my father who had just gone out of the door had to return to come to see what happened. The bleeding was bad and because the cut was on the head, the amount of blood could look quite worrisome. But thinking back, as soon as the bleeding was stopped, it was actually not as serious as it looked. I didn't get a concussion or anything. The scar is still there today, just right above the hairline. A small batch of scalp that hair doesn't grow out. It was an event that family and relatives talked about and made fun of, and to say how much I loved my father.

My Paradise
There are many different kinds of plants in the vegetable garden. There is celery with jagged green leaves and her twin sister, cabbage that is held in the palm of the mother's hand like a baby with green and purple leaves, cabbage that is lined up as a whole, an eggplant that is purple and shiny, and sage fruit that is like a string of rubies. Only the vegetable garden is monotonous, in the corner of the garden, a few oranges, peach, apricot, and date trees stand tall there like sentries watching over the garden. Walking paper garden, I can always smell a pungent aroma, so I can't help but continue to walk inside, of course, the inside is certainly more beautiful than the outside. Especially in foggy weather, an orange tree is hidden, like a fairy covered with a veil quietly looking at me and smiling. When the fog clears, the trees are filled with golden fruits like a fortune tree.

Of Mothers and Sisters and the End of a Life
I am autistic. I experience life and the world and relationships differently than neurotypical people. Sometimes I succeed in my life, at things large or small, and I go to sleep at night without regrets for missing the mark in some interaction or another. Sometimes I fail miserably and can’t sleep at all for the roiling mass of regrets at my mistakes, as if I’ve poured a vat of acid over my head and it’s eating away at me. Many people mistakenly believe that autistic people—because we don’t always show our emotions outwardly—are unempathetic or unfeeling.

The trajectory(3)
(6) Thanks to Collie's efforts, Ken is willing to cooperate with John for once, but he can only test the water with a small engineering project first. If it can get a happy result, he can continue. Otherwise, he will stop there. Well, it's kind of a favor to Collie, and it's kind of a fishing expedition.

The trajectory(2)
(3) Is divided into two kinds of people in the United States, a person with a high degree high IQ packaging has become the country people, their power in the hands of the national allocation of resources, a small number of people to people for their power as their so-called "ability", ask the people to return, what has the tendency of "proposes", they always absolute returns, always don't have to worry about unemployment, two people have no right to potential, Only with their own labor to support themselves, and in the labor to obtain some of their own owned assets, so as to win a place in society.

An unrightful couple(1)
01 Jack's heart palpitated at the first sight of his son's girlfriend. The girl more than one meter six head, white skin, tied not short not long ponytail, two eyes clear bright, clear water lotus like bright, between every act and action is full of vigor. The girl looked very much like a human being, especially as she also had a mole the size of a green bean under her left earlobe, which was hard to spot without special attention. It was Sally from more than 20 years ago. The girl was a chip off the old block, with an uncanny resemblance to Sally.

The Best Customer I Ever Had
I was working the lunch shift in a small-town restaurant. It was owned and operated by a wonderful Greek family. We served subs, pizzas, and a few other basic Italian and Greek dishes. It was small town, big-time. The tables were always filled with loyal regular customers and the phone was always ringing with take-out orders.

To Love Thy Neighbor Like One Loves Themselves
Times Were Tough It was at a time when I had just lost my job and as a single mother with 2 boys and no support system I just knew that we were going to be homeless. I had enough money in my account to pay rent, get some groceries and put enough gas in my car to get us to do both and get home. I was staying in income based apartments so my rent was only 700$ but when you're jobless it might as well have been a million dollars. I was lost, afraid, and an emotional wreck.
