THe Eff towel of light to my seniors.

as i saw this contest i knew i had to join this so here we go, my name is mimilove the story of Martin Luther King is one of a kind and that has shape my life. growing up we had nothing but always find a way to share even if its a little meal with a kids that is playing outside or a kid that was sent to beg so the family can have something to eat. i will sneak in my house and give them at least a potato or a cup of beans since we didn't have much either, so kindness was instill in me since i was little because that what my mother did as she was a single mother to me and my brother but she was the mother of the whole community always feeding people after a long day in the farm under the sun. the kids in the community always knew the time and will fall her she will share whatever she had brought back and will escort each kids to their place. one day a miracle happen my mom got a job as to become a leader in our community and got to afford to buy more stuff for the kids and then the war broke we lost lot of our friends in the war and left my mother paralyze . we got to migrate abroad but the value of kindness was forever instill in me.

my first year, was challenging as for the language i did not know even to say hello but with god grace now i can write a whole paragraph and fluent speak the language. i kept volunteering here and there while studying and juggling work to be able to help my mom as the money she was getting from the government was not enough. i will go the apartment that was close to ours and there was a lady that did not have kids, so i will go there and keep her company clean her place or bring her some food when i cook. life keep continuing and i was like since i am not able to make my mother dream come true at least let me make her smile by showing her the value she instill in m. i started helping seniors keep there place tidy for free and that will make them happy and smile. One day my mom look at me and said i know you always want to buy me a house if God give you the will so be it but if not you have already made me more than happy just seeing what you do to make this seniors happy without expecting something in return that is enough than the house itself.

with this money if i get it is sto buy my mom a nice meal and the rest give it to my seniors buying them what they need. i have already used to leave on less and whatever i have give it back as it will come back to you tenfold i know one day. it will come back and if my mom she still here i may be able to fulfill that dream of hers as she showed me a way to leave in this world is to share even if it is knowledge as knowledge is one of the powerful gift you can ever give to someone since that can't be taken away from someone unless there are not more. this money could be changed to help those around me that need help, i can't say i am not struggling but i am ok so i could rather help them. my senior and not expecting anything in return i want to keep doing this for them and instill those value in my kids.
