Why don't you get period on time...?

Every woman has faced the problem of irregular menstruation at some point in her life. What is an irregular period? How do you know that there is such a problem? What can it do?
I will tell you all in this post.
First of all, I will tell you how to menstruate in plain Sinhala with as much detail as possible.
The female reproductive system waits every month to make the woman pregnant. As you read this, you will understand why.
3 main organs work together for proper menstruation. It is the brain, ovaries and uterus.
The hypothalamus in the brain sends a signal to the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland sends a message to the ovaries to release an egg. How to send the message? - from hormones. FSH is that hormone. (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
At the same time, the uterine wall is also prepared by putting a separate layer on the inside to accommodate the fetus. “Send a messenger. We are also stuck here." The uterus also sends a message to the brain.
When those 2 messages come. The brain sends the message back to the ovaries, "The uterus is ready for you to send the egg". LH hormones send that message. (Luteinizing Hormone)
After that, the egg travels along the fallopian tubes towards the uterus. On the way, if they find a sperm baby, the two will mate and go to the uterus. The wall of the uterus is now covered with a new layer and the garlands to welcome the couple. But if the egg comes alone without a sperm, the uterus itself thinks that it will not even keep that part in the region.
If the egg comes to the uterus with a sperm, they are allowed to grow in the uterus until they become a fetus. In this way, after an egg that has been set with a sperm is implanted in the uterus, the HCG hormone is released. (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) In the pregnancy test, a strip is placed to see if the HCG hormone has been formed.
But if only the ovum enters the uterus without a sperm, the ovum and the inner layer of the uterine wall will be thrown out of the body, saying, "Not you, and not the woman who was with you." That's what happens once a month when the period starts and the blood comes out.
Then if this story happens on a specific day like 25-35 days every month, there is nothing to worry about.
But since the period occurs between 25-35 days, the time between the two days of the period cannot go here and there every month. For example, imagine that the first period is 26 days, the next month is 35 days, and the next month is 29 days. Another month will be 27 days. Even though the period occurs within 25-35 days, the number of days cannot change from month to month.
Not from the day of puberty, but from the day a girl is born, the eggs are released one by one. But there will be no bloodshed, not even one of the stories told above. Every female is born into this world with a limited number of eggs. At the time of birth, there were about 1-2 million eggs, but at the age of adulthood, the remaining eggs are about 2-3 lakh. When you reach the age of 50, it decreases to hundreds. Menopause is when you reach the age where you stop having periods after all the eggs are gone.
Women also have eggs, which are released once a month. Women's great line from the ovum. Oh, that's a man. Men are ready to release millions of sperm at once even during the day.
So there are many reasons why that complex process can be irregular.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) can also cause menstrual irregularities.
📌 One of the symptoms of this is the unwanted growth of hair in unwanted places. That means in places like hands, legs, upper lips. It also shows symptoms like hair loss, acne, skin darkening.
📌 Pituitary gland, thyroid gland problems are a big reason for irregular menstruation. Because pituitary glands and thyroid glands do a big part of the menstrual cycle. So when there are such problems, irregular menstruation is not something to ask again.
📌 One of the possible reasons for menstrual irregularities is the end of the number of eggs in the body. This can happen even before the age of menopause. If so, there is nothing to do. You have to make up your mind as to how you were born. Females protect the eggs for the future by saying that they freeze eggs in outer layers. I don't know much about the places that do that in Sri Lanka.
Lack of sleep is also a reason for menstrual irregularities. When you read about menstruation, you will understand how much weight is pulled by hormones to make it work properly. Even if the melatonin hormone, which is produced at the time of sleep, is reduced, due to hormonal imbalances, menstruation becomes irregular.
In addition, the body releases hormones according to the circadian rhythm.
What's that rhythm?
Day-night rhythm. If you sleep at 2 in the morning and wake up around 10 in the morning, the circadian rhythm is disturbed and the wires in the hypothalamus and pituitary glands of the brain are switched. They can't figure out what hormones to make now. That's why you need to think about the hours you sleep and the times you sleep and wake up.
Another influencing factor is the change in body weight.
📌Once the body weight increases,
