Dedicated To my beautiful daughter. Who my heart swells with love for.
'Little Kaia is a beautiful 5 year old girl. She has bright blue eyes and curly rainbow hair. Her Rockstar flair is all thanks to her Mommy Mya who has pink curly hair!'
Kaia! It’s time for bed!! “Mommy Mya yells out to her curly haired little one.
“Oh but Mommy...May we please go flying after we brush our teeth and put our pajamas on!?” Kaia asks intently.
She has sweet almond shaped eyes and smiles so wide you can see her dimples.
“Yes! We may.” Mommy!! Mya smiles and picks up her little one.
After they brush and floss their teeth they say a little prayer under the moonlight.
“Now it’s night and we wish to fly. Little cloud, little cloud will you come and give us a push!?”
So we can be safe while we fly!” Kaia yells out unexpectedly.
Sure enough, the cloud arrives and laughs along with the moon.
“Let's go little angel!” says the cloud.
Mommy Mya is much more experienced so she flies without a cloud! She has super cool wings that are all white and gilded in sparkly glitter. Her hair is pink and shiny in the night sky.
We take off and fly!
We fly far above the land and marvel at the trees!
Bobcats are running in the night and we are able to see!
There’s lots of deer and a few cars on different quiet roads.
We do loops and flips in the sky and fly where trees are so high we have to fly just a little higher!
We fly fast! We fly slow.. We sing to the animals on the farms and moo at wild boar.
I see rabbits running on green pastures and cows sleeping alike.
We take our own version of Hollywood tours from Cape Canaveral to Disney World South to Islamorada where three dolphins greet us as we hover over the moonlit harbor.
When we get to Palm Beach there’s a GIANT PARK I get so excited. My Mommy calls out.
"Faites attention, ma chérie!"
“Oui Maman!”
My Mommy is so much fun but she always reminds me of safety first. She likes adventure and she takes me on a lot of them.
I'm having fun too! I like to explore and learn new things.
Before I know it I’m flying over a Ceiba Tree. Mommy says that they are one of the tallest trees in the world and can sometimes talk.
I look around and see that everything is so beautiful! The moon gives me a giant grin! I look down and can see everything! I love it! I’m so excited to see the world through a bird's eye! I look down.
“Oh no!!!” I don’t have my cloud any more! I begin to panic and begin falling!
“Kaia! You have to fly!.”
“But I don’t have my cloud!!” Kaia calls out frantically.
Suddenly the Ceiba Tree springs to life and catches Kaia. There’s a kind face on the trunk that calmly says

“Aww little Kaia, You were flying without your cloud.”
“I was?”
“Yes darling. You flew without the training wheels!” The Ceiba Tree winks at Kaia.
“Kyyyy-UHHHH….Where are you?” Maman Mya sings out.
“I’m here mommy!” Kaia giggles back!
Mommy Mya giggles as she views Kaia from the sky being cradled by the Ceiba Tree.
“Aha! I told you the Ceiba Tree can talk.” Mommy Mya is still careful to use her inside voice.
Flying is our little secret.
“You flew really well my darling. Next time slow down so you don’t fly so far from me.” Mommy Mya fly’s down to Little Kaia and picks her up from the tree's safe branches.
“On the way home they saw their favorite poodle Carissa. (Ca-Ree-Sah) Carissa is doing her usual night stroll by the river bank. She loves to splash when no one is around. She is a pretty special dog indeed!
“Carissa, how are you?” Little Kaia yells out with a bright smile from her Mommy’s arms.
“Just fine thank you Little one. Today is quite a nice night for flying, I do say indeed.” Carissa replies as she turns her pink nose up and begins to fly up to greet Little Kaia and Mommy Mya.
“Goodnight little Moon Pie! And Goodnight to you Mother Mya!” Carissa greets them.
“Mommy can we take ONE MORE FLIGHT! PLEASEEEE!” Little Kaia whines to her Mommy and Carissa noses in and gives Mommy Mya puppy dog eyes.
“Haha! Ok, one more flight and then it's bedtime.”
The trio flies off on a much shorter route! Mommy Mya holds Little Kaia’s hand the whole time.
Before they know it they’re above the Ceiba Tree.
The poodle gets cold and loses her focus. Lucky for her the Ceiba tree branches reach out to save her.
Little Kaia becomes brave and lets go of her Mommy’s hand. She decides to fly to Carissa the Poodle and give her a big hug.
Mommy Mya takes Carissa and Kaia in her arms and flies them home for a star lit bed time.
The end.
