How To Save Money
Saving money is not always easy. It definitely can be done.
1. with all income take 5 dollars away or $1 for a rainy day. it adds up
2. with all income after bill make up evelopes
- personal or private
- shopping
any other extra expenses and put a dollar or more in each evelope
- get a jar and fill it with coins after you break a dollar. then you can get the money from the coin machine . (Starbucks fund)
3. believe me or not you can save money when you go food shopping . When you buy meat always go for the stickers that say manger special
$1, $5 , $10 off
or manager special- it means use or freeze. if you freeze it you will have it for diff day.
Always use coupons. Sometimes they give youmoney off or double coupons events.
4. look at all the bills you pay monthly and often you use them. sometimes you will fine something you paying for that you don't use.
5. sell try poshmark and try sell clothes , jewelry, and more. Things you don't wear or us anymore.
6. Bottle slips is a help when you need cash fast. Either you cash them in or use them on groceries you save money.

Get Fruit and Veggies In Your Diet
More Veggies: Are you getting your veggies in? Most people do not like veggies. Either taste or texture. The first way is to put it into a smoothie. Frozen zucchini is perfect. It gives it that smoothie texture, without all that ice. You can hide it in omelets, chili, black bean burgers, or meatloaf. Veggies you can use are onions, Cucumbers, peppers ,zucchini, and tomatoes. The last one is added to sauces. In pasta sauce, you use peppers or extra tomatoes. Then for your salads, buy a big container of Spring Mix. You can portion it out into Tupperware with shredded carrot, and other veggies, with dressing on the side. Here are your salads for the week.
More Fruit - If you have strawberries, Apples , and Banana peanut butter is a Favorite. Strawberries you use Whip cream or plain yogurt. If you have strawberries and plain yogurt it can also help you improve your gut health. You also can make a smoothie with frozen fruit. Blueberries help relieve stress. Drink water. If you know you are going drinking before you go and keep hydrated. Should Drink 1/2 your body weight. For example your 120 lb/2 = 60 oz. For every drink you have, drink one glass of water. Next, get your workout in. Go for a walk or do yoga. Something outdoors is possible. You know you are going out and going to indulge in your workout. Eat healthy during the day. Have something healthy before bed. That could be fruit, veggies, shake, and water of course.

Sometimes you need to have something that you enjoy. If you are looking for a fun way to exercise with your kids, you can dance together. The music can be YMCA, Cha-Cha, the slide, or any other movement type song. You also create a dance routine. Dancing also improves balance.
Dawn dish detergent is amazing. It has more uses than just washing soiled dishes. My husband is a mechanic. When he goes to wash his hands, Dawn detergent cleans the grease and oil off more easily than just regular soap and water. When you mix Dawn detergent and water in a spray bottle, it makes a great spray cleaner for cleaning tables, counters, and any service.
