After filming seven easy and healthy breakfast recipes, many of you asked for the same format but for lunch or dinner recipes. So, that's what I did as you requested, and I deliver in today's video. I will guide you through five quick and easy recipes that you can make for a delicious, healthy, balanced lunch or dinner, satisfying your craving for something nutritious that will give you energy and make you feel great. I tried to keep it as brief as possible and easy to follow. As always, for every food video, there is a grocery list and free recipe guide in the video description that you can download and refer back to if you want to recreate something. I'm very excited for this lunch because I got the idea last night and I feel it will be very quick and tasty. I can get a lot done at once while making it. It will be a nourishing bowl of brown rice packed with fiber from green beans and edamame, then some grilled chicken, and it tastes delicious. Let's get right into it. First, I'll boil water in an electric kettle, then I'll start with the rest. Here are the ingredients. I'll boil edamame and make grilled chicken, then sauté some green beans and cook brown rice on the stove with a little spinach mixed in and some cherry tomatoes too. I'll soak them in strained water with vinegar while everything is going. I'll set the timer on my phone, so let's see how long the whole process takes and decide. [Music]. About garlic powder. Lots of black pepper. [Music]. 400. [Applause]. This small pot is whatever is left of the brown rice. [Music]. Thank you [Music]. Cut with a little hummus. Our beautiful lunch with bagel seasoning on top. Okay, it's time. Lunch is ready, and the stopwatch is at 26 minutes. Lunch in 25 minutes. Pretty quick and easy. Let's see. Tasty, tasty. It's time. The truth is here. It's time for the taste test. I'm very excited. I used to make brown rice with edamame a lot during the quarantine, like during the pandemic a while back, so let's taste the brown rice. [Music]. The pesto is amazing. And the mustard chicken, um, very tasty and aromatic. It's day two of quick and healthy meals that are fast and tasty, and I'm excited because I'm making one of my all-time favorites today, which is a homemade grape salad. I always get a free salad when I go out to a restaurant, and I've just recently found out that making it at home is very easy and very delicious. So, I went to the grocery store and got some things I was missing, like feta salad olives, and I'll also make air-fried green beans as I did for another lunch I made, so I'll make it in the air fryer. I'll make a seven-minute egg, and I already have some leftover chicken, so triple protein, and the rest I'll prepare while I make the green beans. Setting now, and let's see how long it takes and the good thing is I don't need to make chicken because I already have chicken made from two days ago. The air fryer makes more food than you need sometimes. Weird green beans. We don't have time to sauté the green beans. You can also put them like this into your salad. Boil water while I make the rest so I can make my egg. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder as a substitute for salt and pepper. I'll just make tahini today. Just finished cooking, and it took 30 minutes, so between the green beans and the egg, it took about 20 minutes, but this is just a perfect lunch in my opinion. High protein, fiber, positive vibes. I was going to put avocado in it, but I decided not to. Try to get as many ingredients as possible. It tastes really good, salty perfect from the olives, very crispy. It's the first time I made it. A seven-minute egg, so let's taste it. The way to make a seven-minute egg is to put the egg in water after it's boiling, then set the timer for seven minutes, and put it into a bowl of ice immediately after that.
