Divine Interventions

Divine Edwards lived a life nothing short of traumatic. Though today she stands strong and divinely supported she would be the last to say her life struggles were neither easy nor enjoyable. From the time she returned for another life cycle she’d dealt with life's hardships trauma after another. Well into her adulthood Divine would suffer through almost anything imagined.

Divine was born to addicted and spiritually burdened parents, who themselves unknowingly suffered the karma of a damaged ancestral bloodline long before they had entered their current life spans. So naturally the toxicity only amplified when Tyche Heartley and Ares Edwards met. And as result little Divine Edwards was conceived out of the lust of chaos.

Divine was born almost instantly into trauma and most of her childhood was forgotten becoming vague and scattered memories buried deep in the crevices of her seventh Chakra as way of protecting her from the damage she’d never be able to recover from if allowed to remember. For a long time after Divine became an adult this lack of memory oftentimes sent her into depression wondering why she just couldn't remember.

Later everything would align with a purpose orchestrated by a powerful Spirit she’d yet become in tune with. Despite her lapse in childhood memories she would never forget the day that her life changed.

Due to addiction and maltreatment for grief Divine's mother Tyche was unable to adequately care for her precious blessing and would become almost nonexistent until the age of 12 when Divine would be forced to live with her for a year before once again disappearing while Divine was on a visit with her dad. So Divine was raised by her father Ares who at the time also suffered severe addiction. He would later in Divine’s teenage years maintain sobriety but fight the darkness of leukemia and a strained parental relationship with his daughter due to his marriage to a woman not yet ready to take on the duties as a stepmother to a child. Ares single handedly raised Divine until the age of 15 when he became gravely ill in the last stages of his cancer and could no longer sustain the stress of a wife and daughter that just could not get along.

Despite all of this Ares didn’t realize the support given to him from the Spirit of Source when he met the love of his life Coventina. Coventina was a woman of pure love. Despite all her obstacles in life she always remembered that pure love conquered all. And lived her life committed to this. Never allowing the tortures of life to change who she was. Which is why it was so easy for her to accept, love, and welcome with open arms Ares and Divine.

From the very first day Coventina laid eyes on Divine she loved her as if she’d birthed from her own womb. And committed herself to never leaving the side of what she saw as her second opportunity to have a daughter, but not just any daughter, the daughter she'd regretfully aborted six years prior. Coventina suffered a lot from this commitment as did Divine for many different reasons and her sons as well. She endured constant scrutiny for taking on a child that wasn't hers. Even sacrificing the relationships of her two biological sons due to this commitment yet she remained solid.

See Coventina was a very spiritual woman believing in past lives and karmic debt and upon meeting Divine she knew this was her life’s purpose. She knew this was her chance to cure some spiritual debts owed for past life indiscretions. So she spent her life working diligently to show and maintain pure love for this child that was not hers. As hard as she tried she couldn’t prevent her two biological children from feeling the lack of love from her and they suffered in dark silence. Beginning to resent their mother and the child she’d selfishly decided to love more. Coventina nor Divine would realized how the resentment had manifested into hate by her sons until Coventina was on her deathbed many years later.

Coventina’s illness was sudden, unexpected, and progressed rapidly. A 28 year old Divine was suffering severely from traumas of adulthood. Having lost her father Ares in 2003 at 14 then her biological mother Tyche in 2013 at 24, losing all of her children to the system even having to bury her youngest at the tender age of three months old. Divine couldn’t survive losing her last living parent. All she had left was Coventina. Instead of letting it get her down Divine decided to use her time left with her mother to make peace and gain healing. And so 3 days prior to Coventina’s passing that's what she did. Never imagining she’d never get a last goodbye.

On a beautiful Tuesday morning Divine let go of the hurt she'd held in and forgave her mother reminding Coventina of how much she loved and appreciated her. With that healing Divine walked out of Coventina’s room with a newfound sense of self. She had all intentions of returning to her mother’s side but was tragically blocked when she returned that Tuesday night. Coventina’s eldest son had obtained Power of Attorney and had Divine banned from visiting Coventina. This news was heart wrenching. Divine couldn’t believe what she was hearing and her cries of pain, hurt, and betrayal were met with law enforcement threatening to arrest her if she didn't leave hospital grounds, under the terms that her pleas for her dying mother was disturbing the peace.

Divine left the hospital that day completely broken. She became angry manifesting immediate karma for Coventina’s sons. They hated her and their mother so much for the pure love they shared. And that very moment Divine hated them. They deserved to suffer for robbing her of her last goodbyes with Coventina. That Tuesday night became the last time Divine would ever see, kiss, hug, or speak to Coventina.

3 days later Divine would be notified via text that her mother had passed and there would be no service held in honor of her. Divine could do nothing but cry the entire day but by nightfall decided she would not harbor anger nor manifest Karma. Instead she would forgive Coventina’s sons for what they’d done and she’d allow Universe to do what was needed to rectify the actions of all involved. She knew her mother would not want her to succumb to the darkness but want her to move forward and continue to show pure love ignited in her for the world. Divine committed herself to doing just that. It wasn’t until Divine reached out to Coventina’s younger son that she would learn everything had been planned,surrounding the events of Coventina’s death and Divine’s denied access to her in the last days. Organized by greed, motivated by hate and encouraged by the lust for money.

You see through Coventina’s last days Divine had not once thought of the life insurance Coventina had always talked about until that moment. It never crossed her mind they were trying to cut her out of the will until then. But little did any of them know 4 days prior to Coventina’s passing she’d changed her last requests.

As Coventina lie in her hospital bed Source brought to her a premonition of what was to come so she hurriedly spoke with her lawyer and changed the contents of her last requests. Through this premonition Source showed her the hate her sons had for her and Divine and their malicious plans. Coventina couldn’t transition peacefully knowing what was to come. She knew her nor Divine deserved the vengeance to come from her sons and made sure she rectified everything before her last breath. It pained her that the last memory of her would be viewed as one last betrayal to her sons but she knew it was the right thing to do just as she did the day she first laid eyes on Divine.

Six months later Divine had made peace with what had happened to her in the midst of Coventina’s death. She’d forgiven her brothers though no apology came. And released it all to her Higher Power to deal with moving forward in her journey to learn her own life's purpose. Completely forgetting the devious deeds sowed by the darkness of hate. So it was a complete surprise when she received a package in the mail.

Curious as to the contents Divine ripped the package open to discover a small black book with Coventina’s name written on it. There was no return address and from the handwriting on the front she knew it was her mother's. As Divine’s heart raced she slowly opened the book. On the very first page was a letter from Coventina.

To My Lovely Beautiful “Divine” Gift, Sadly I know if you’ve received this book it means I’m no longer with you. Its very disheartening to know you have received this book because my sons have dishonored not only me but a Divine Purpose as well. For that retribution is necessary. This was not my plan but that doesn’t matter the Divine Plan is what’s most important. So enclosed in this book are all the memories I held dear to me in life. Please do not allow the darkness of hate to overcome you as it did my sons. Take what I leave you in this small black book and use it to complete the destiny already set for you. I love you baby and I never told you enough but I’m so proud of you

Love Mom.

As Divine flipped through the black book she was met with an abundance of pictures. Memories her and her mother made together over the many years they shared. Holidays, birthdays, family vacations, and even pictures of her dearly departed father. Halfway through the book of love’s memories a neatly folded envelope fell out. The front was blank and the back held nothing more than two dots and a curve forming a simple smiley face with the words Pretty, Pretty Pretty in reference to a sentimental insider between her and the mother she was blessed with but not birthed from. Divine smiled warmly as she opened the envelope pulling from it a typed letter. Within it was contact information for a lawyer and a bold red sentence informing her to contact the lawyer as soon as she received the package. Divine wasted no time calling the office. She scheduled to meet with the lawyer the following day.

The next day Divine anxiously met with the lawyer wondering what last tricks her mother had up her sleeve. She never imagined she would leave the sole grantee of her mother’s $20,000 life insurance. She couldn’t help but smile at the last act of pure love her mother performed for her. Even in death Coventina was looking out for Divine. Once again Coventina shifted Divine’s life in a instant much like that stormy night many years ago when she was 4. And for that Divine made sure to always hold her mother in the highest of honor.

She went on to invest that money in her nonprofit organization for spiritual enlightenment just as she knew her mother would. As for Coventina’s sons,the eldest became so miserable that it manifested into physical illness leaving him just as Coventina was in her last days only he would pass alone and without support or love. The youngest son committed suicide eight months after Coventina’s passing by overdose of PCP. He couldn’t handle the guilt of what he’d done to his mother and begin living within his addiction until he lived no more.

Divine became the CEO of her own multimillion dollar enterprise married a wealthy man, and together they birthed a beautiful daughter named Goddess.

As for Coventina she sat high in the Divine Realm and couldn't be more proud of the daughter she birthed not physically but spiritually.
