We are the guinea-pig generation of parents with phones and our kids are the guinea-pig generation of being the kids of parents with phones.

We all use our mobile phones for a variety of different reasons, we have all experienced mum guilt at one time or another. I can understand those who need to work from their phones & I can understand those who need a 5-minute break from reality. I’m genuinely saddened by the thoughts of what will become of us who spend countless hours without a purpose staring at a screen...

Your mobile phone has already replaced your camera, your calendar & your alarm clock, don't let it replace your family.
