Why can't I sleep.

Yep that will me tomorrow if I can't sleep.

Oh why me. I want to sleep but my mind won't let me do that some nights. So, I guess that you can say some nights I burn that midnight oil.

What did I do you my mind why won't you turn yourself off? Is it stress or something I need to think about before you let me sleep.

Ok my mind why don't I try to write a story maybe that will put me to sleep. Turn that computer on.

I am sit in the dark with the house so quite and just the sounds of the my fingers on the keyboard and the light from the screen.

I think if put down what is the problem and think it out you will get tired so I can sleep. I wonder what my topic will be when I am in the mood of no sleep at midnight.

It can be anything that comes into this mind. Relax and think what is keeping you up.

Is thing that I eat during the day. Maybe if too much coffee or maybe the chocolate bar that I had for snack before I went to bed.

It is mystery that needs to be solved so I can go to sleep.

Tick, tick goes the clock in the room. I wonder if is a sound that I am hearing that is keeping awake.

Please mind let me go to sleep. It is getting later and later with each tick of that clock. Maybe it a light in the room. It is sure is a mystery to me. Think, think, I must know what it is keeping this mind of mine running. Maybe some calm breathing. They tell you should try it make you sleepy. Nope it not that. Maybe I have to go to bathroom maybe my mind is telling me that I need to go when it will let me go to sleep.

You are being a really pain some nights. I have tried everything that I can think of.

Let's give this a trying get up and doing some housework in the bedroom maybe I have to much energy that needs to be let out.

Ah, I think that I found the secret of sleep on those nights. Get up do housework. Yes, it is working. The mind is getting relaxed and thoughts are not running around my mind like they were. Yes, it is working. I hope that I enough bedroom to clean.

I have to much energy and it needs to release. As I am cleaning up the bedroom I am writing some ideas for more stories to write so the computer is on so I can write these ideas now.

My mind is using up the energy that it needs to release. It is using more and more energy I am starting to get sleepy and the eye lids are getting heavier as I clean and write down my ideas.

This is the trick that I need to do when I have nights that I can't sleep.

I wonder what other people do to fall asleep when they are burning that midnight oil like I do some nights.

I am glad that found something that is making me sleepy and more sleepiness is happen. It is a good feeling to find something that will help fall asleep. So cleaning and writing is the real trick like I said before.

Now it time to turn off this computer with the ideas that I have one it.

Tomorrow is a new day and I hope that my ideas that I have written down become a story that I can write about and plus my room is clean too.
