My sister Natasha and I

My funny, beautiful, full of life second eldest sister, Natasha has been a huge inspiration in my life from day one. She is 11 years older than I am, The Power Bossmom of my 1st born nephew Dionis and she has always been there for me, especially when I was going through a very bad divorce and I was going to school and working and I had three little children to raised and she really did help me a whole lot with them. She had taught me so much about being a mom and her how of love your children unconditionally and how to be strong and confident, even during a time when I felt like giving up. But she pushed me and made sure that everything was good with me and my children and I really do love and appreciate her and is grateful for having her as my sister and friend.

We are in the Charitable Organization, Order of The Eastern Star and she is a Past Matron of our chapter of 19.5 years and mentor to many as well as myself. In our chapter, the Matron is also known as the Mother of the chapter as she is our leader protector, friend and Sister in truth, love and charity. For she continuously strives for the best.

As children she helped my parents raise my younger brother(rip) and I, along side my 4 nephews. She was our mom when our parents was not at home. She would take us places and do things with us and keep us interested in learning all of the time, she's big on education and she is a professional student. She has learned everything from accounting to business to real estate to the travel agent, as she has her own travel business Star's Wish Travel, to being a broker to being a tax preparer and a notary. She always says, "That there is always something to learn and you're never to old to learn something new." The Bookworm she

Now, she is a teacher and she loves teaching kids, especially students with mental and learning disabilities and she believes that everyone learns differently but we all have a smart and intellectual mind and it could be used in ways that we could havenever imagine. The school that she teaches at loves her as she is one of the top teachers there and they wouldbe devastated if she leaves.

We as sisters have the strongest bond that any two sisters can have. Honestly, I don't know where I would be without her. She keeps me grounded and always giving me advice and for that I will love her always and forever.

She is supportive and encourages you to be your best and she helped me start my Yogeelyfe Yoga and Avon businessesShe is my big sis and I can't ask for a more better, beautiful and strong person in my life. She is a God send for sureI love you Natasha!

My eldest sister Marissa is a great mom and grandmother. She is the first person to teach me how to cook breakfast and that's something that I mastered as a kid and adult. She also helped me with my children and boy does she have them spoiled. She is such a beautiful and strong person. She is talented. She can sing and draw. She's an electrician and carpenter, who taught me a lot about electricity and how to repair things. She is also another person that loves to learn and she taught me how to be powerful with my mind and talents and how to march to my own drummer and to never be afraid to find my place in this world. She 3 raised boys and is now raising her grandchildren.

She knows a lot about gardening and she had me in her garden last summer planting, digging holes and all types of stuff that I usually don't do because I'm such a girliegirl and I don't get my nails dirty like that but she taught me how to deal with plants indoors and outdoors. Lol Gotta love her, though. She's powerhouse mom.

My life would be so different without ever having my big sister there for me at all times. I love you Resse Pooh

My mom, Thelma Mary was a great mom, who raised six children and 15 grandchildren amongst all of the "adopted/foster" kids, nieces and nephews that she took in for years. She loved the kids. She was The Top Cat, as she called herself and auntie/Mrs. Thelma to many. She always made sure that everyone was good and that things were straight at all times. She was a nurse, a chef, and a protector. I mean everything that Mom could be.

If you ever lived in her house, she made sure that you got out of high school, grammar school or whatever education that you was going for. She made sure you graduated because she believed that your mind is the greatest thing that you could ever have to use in this world

My mom was a hard worker. She taught me to work hard and that my hard work will pay off in the long run. She wanted me to be a person who was independent. She always said, that she and my dad worked hard because she never wanted us to want for anything or have to struggle.

She taught me how to be a lady and to have high self-esteem and how to respect and carry myself in a way that people will respect me and love me for me. Firm of demanding respect and giving

of my favorite memories of my mom was at Christmas time. She would buy all kinds of toys and instruments and we wouldsing songs and play our instruments and do a performance at the Christmas party. She would be so amused and she would just laugh at us and cheer and everything else. Those was some of the finest times as kids. I miss that. She spent her last Christmas with my children and she was so happy then. Holidays was her thing. Boy, co msheook.

Unfortunately, my mom passed away in February 2005. She didn't get the chance to watch my children grow up into adults and know her great grandchildren but I know she's watching over all of us. RipMom.

Last but not least, my Big Mama Luella. My mom's eldest 1st cousin

My Big Mama raised my mom and auntie Velma and was like a grandma to my siblings, cousins and I. She was stern and she did not play. Well, ok. She was pretty old when I was kid and all old people always mean and old to little kids. So, she gets a pass this time.lol

She is the one that always taught us to clean and cook and keep house. Hated washing walls.. Smh. But now as an adult I'm crazy about my home being clean so, I understandnow

I remember as a child, having to go over to her house to visit. She play Keno allday. She did not have any snacks or anything for kids to eat. All that she had in her refrigerator was stacks and stacks and stacks of plain yogurt. No cookies, icecream or anything for kids to eat but vegetables and fruit. We didn't want any of that and we wanted candy and stuff. What was crazy was that you cannot go to the store unless you was at least 10 years old and the stores areright across the street.😒🙄 Tortured. Go figure.lol

Another funny story. She had this furniture, that was covered in plastic and you would sit on that couch and you would sweat to death from dehydration if you sat on it longer than 20 minutes because it would be so hot. And always said that we sleep on it. Me:Oh, no! Not I! So, I wouldn't stay over. I would ask to go home early..lol I miss her craziness.

Overall, all four of these ladies have impacted my life in different ways whether it is teaching me something fussing or just being there, they all were some strong women and moms to me. I love them all and I know that loved me. And these are my boss moms
