Adolescents/teenagers confront a variety of problems as they grow from infancy to maturity, which can have a substantial influence on their mental and emotional well-being. Understanding these difficulties and offering assistance and resources to assist teens in navigating them is critical for encouraging their overall health and success.

The following challenges cut across the board:

Peer pressure is one of the most prevalent problems that kids face nowadays. Teens are typically encouraged to fit in with their peers, which can lead to risky behaviors such as smoking, drinking, and drug use. To assist kids resist peer pressure, parents, educators, and other adults in their life must encourage open communication and teach good coping methods.
