Why are so many people psychologically disturbed?

Disturb

Some people have had mental health problems all their lives. There are many examples of mental illness throughout history. In the past, some people were put to death for having hallucinations and being thought to be possessed. Because they claimed to be able to see or hear things that others were unable to, others were accused of witchcraft and magic. Bedlam was a mental hospital in London that opened in 1247. Mental illness has been documented for hundreds of years but has not been fully understood. We now have a much better understanding of mental health, treatment, and the mind's functioning. As a result, more people are diagnosed than are simply locked up or have their lives ended. In addition, the world's population has grown dramatically in the past century, resulting in an even greater number of people receiving a mental health diagnosis.

There are numerous causes, and for some, a combination of factors may be at play. feelings of guilt, feeling looser, feeling like you didn't get what you wanted, feeling like you were in a financial crisis, midlife crisis, relationship problems, etc. We begin to experience mental disturbance when we endure stressful situations for an extended period of time without any means of expressing our feelings. It is very important to accept the ground reality, analyze it, and find a way out. At the same time, it is essential to acquire self-expression skills.

Yes, there are a lot of us. However, I truly believe that everyone experiences occasional downtime, and the majority of them do not consider it to be a mental health issue. Everybody occasionally struggles to deal with life. Someone may be experiencing overwhelming grief, and people who struggle with anger or control frequently advise them to "get over it." Grief, not a mental illness, is the cause. Sadly, I believe that a lot of people make assumptions about other people or feel the need to "diagnose" them if they are even slightly different. we live in a world which is a great theater and almost all humans are actors here

we all are acting here

we never allow to express our innermost realities

ask this question to yourself - am i doing exactly the same things in the outside world as i am doing in my mental world of thoughts and feelings

the answer will be "no" without exceptions

and this is the reason of suffering

the inner world and outer world are not coordinating with each other , they are fighting

they can only corrdinate if truly accept our nature but we are so programmed since our birth that we are too much afraid to accept our true nature

There have always been a lot of severely mentally disturbed. Statistics show no significant in crease over the last hundred years. In the past a lot of mentally ill or mentally retarded people and brain injured people were housed behind close and locked doors and were not as visible as they are now. Medications have also allowed many of them to function outside of institutions with some level of support. And, of course, the population continues to increase rather drastically.

Humans have faulty right brains that destabilise the energy efficiency of the brain so mental instability is very common, most shift constantly from right anxious/negative thought to left brain logical/positive thought and some get locked in right brain use for long periods as in Bi polar.

I practice EGMi reducing right brain use and increasing left brain logical/positive thought and feeling this is very stable, what most consider normal mentality is far from normal there is a new normal coming for humans.
