This pressure can lead to burnout, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy, especially when students compare themselves to their peers.

Financial Struggles

Unfortunately, mental health resources on campuses are often underfunded or not easily accessible, leaving students to cope on their own. The lack of adequate support exacerbates the problem, making it difficult for students to thrive both academically and emotionally. This underscores the need for better mental health awareness and resources to support students during this critical time in their lives.

Time Management and Personal Growth

The freedom that comes with college life is often overwhelming. Students are responsible for managing their schedules and making choices that impact their academic and personal success. Learning how to balance academics, social life, and self-care can be difficult, and many students find themselves struggling to prioritize their time effectively.

This struggle, however, often leads to personal growth. College students learn to navigate challenges, develop resilience, and grow as individuals. The ability to cope with stress, manage time, and make decisions is part of the overall journey toward maturity and independence.
