Get Immunized:

In addition to HPV vaccination, other vaccines can help prevent certain types of cancer. For example, the hepatitis B vaccine protects against the hepatitis B virus, which can cause liver cancer. Vaccines such as the pneumococcal vaccine and the shingles vaccine are important for preventing infections that can weaken the immune system and potentially lead to cancer in the long term. Stay Hydrated and Limit Exposure to Environmental Toxins:

While there is no guaranteed way to prevent cancer entirely, adopting a combination of healthy lifestyle choices and preventive measures can significantly reduce the risk. Maintaining a healthy weight, following a nutritious diet, quitting smoking, protecting yourself from the sun, practicing safe sexual behavior, getting immunized, staying hydrated, limiting exposure to environmental toxins, and practicing regular screening are all essential strategies for cancer prevention.
