Skool: A Simple Way to Share What You Love and Help Others Grow.
An easy path for real people who want to teach from the heart.
I have to tell you something that surprised me. I found a place online where you can teach people things you already know, even if you think your skill is small or ordinary. It is called Skool and it is so simple that it almost feels strange. I kept thinking, "why is this so easy? Why did no one tell me about this sooner?" It is like finding a small door that leads to a bright room you did not expect.
The best part is this. You do not need to be super professional. You do not need a fancy studio or perfect makeup or a huge plan. You can teach something that only you can teach in a way only you can teach it. Everyone has something like that. You might not see it yet, but it is there.
Maybe you are the quiet friend who makes people feel safe. Do you know you could teach others how to speak with kindness? Or maybe you love to bake simple cookies and people always ask for the recipe. You could teach a small cookie class. Or maybe you journal every day and it helps your heart feel steady. You could teach other women how to journal in a peaceful way that fits real life. These ideas are not grand or loud. They are true to you.
That is what surprised me about Skool. I used to think only experts could teach online. You know the type. The big serious teacher with the perfect teeth who talks like a robot. But Skool feels like the opposite. It feels like a friend saying, come on in. Show people what you know. You can build a small community around your little gift and slowly help it grow.
It also gives your students a place to grow. That part made me smile. When you teach something simple and loving, people start to see new things inside themselves. A shy girl who joins your art class might begin to draw again. A tired mother who joins your writing circle might find her voice again. A young man who takes your music lessons might learn he is stronger than he thought. Your little class can become a light for someone else.
And do not forget this. When you teach others, you grow too. You learn to express yourself. You learn to trust your own voice. You learn to lead in a gentle way. Growth can happen on both sides. It is like planting a seed in your own hand while planting one in someone else’s hand at the same time. Both grow. Both reach for the sky.
I kept thinking about the next year and the year after. What if we go into 2026 with something new? Something small but alive. Not a huge business plan. Not a giant project. Just a simple place where you share what you know and your students come along for the ride. Step by step it grows. Step by step you grow too.
Picture this. You start with five people. Maybe they are friends or maybe they find you online. Then those five people tell five other people. Then someone discovers they like your style and they stay. You do not need hundreds at the start. You only need a few who care. That is how everything real begins.
And guess what. Skool lets you do all this in one spot. Lessons. Community. Messages. Simple tools. You do not have to fight with ten different apps. You do not need a computer science degree. You can show up as you are. You can create as you are. You can lead as you are.
So when I ask myself, "would I try this for real?" the answer is yes. It feels doable. It feels human. It feels like something you and I could walk into without fear. It feels like the kind of thing a middle schooler could set up in an afternoon. It is that simple.
If your heart is pulling a little right now maybe it is time to take a step. Not a perfect step. Just a small one. A step toward sharing what you already love. A step toward helping someone else grow. A step toward your own growth too.
And when we reach 2026, maybe we will both look back and say "wowza! I really did it." I started something real. And it all began with one small yes.
