Review of Unfair Advantage by Robert Kiyosaki
More Financial Education books

Before I begin my review, (which I am not good at), I want to make a few points. First, please read my other stories on financial education and read others when you get a chance. That will help me, other others and this site. Secondly, this is not an endorsement or anything even though I do feel it should be read. You can buy it directly or just read it at the library or bookstore. While Robert Kiyosaki is a good author and has a lot of knowledge, I have read from many reviews that he simply repeats himself. This book and Rich Dad, Poor Dad are the only ones I have read, and I have another one I plan to read later.
In this book Robert talks a lot of about good debt and bad debt, and if you read this book, then make sure to read the whole thing, including the introduction and extra material. He goes into detail about the E, I, S, and B quadrants. He firmly believes, as well as I, that you should get educated before investing or becoming an investor. This does not mean you go to college, but take classes on such topics as real estate investing, gold investing or whatever you are interested in. He firmly believes you should learn about Business, Real Estate, Paper Assets, (which he is not a big fan), and Commodities. He appears to know what he is talking about, and many have been helped by his books. He comes highly recommended from the YouTube channel: Investing with Rose.
You will also, learn how in 1971, Nixon took the US off the gold standard so now that dollar you have is nothing, but debt and savers are losers. He goes into detail explaining this.
Unfair Advantage is excellent for those that want to continue their education with the Rich Dad series and first-time readers of Robert Kiyosaki. This book is complete by itself almost all the information, if not all the information you need. Commodities such as gold and silver and hard assets such as real estate as recommended in Unfair Advantage and Robert Kiyosaki Is obviously a strong supporter of capitalism. Many of the socialist you hear may not even know what socialism is. They think it is social welfare programs when in fact it is simply government control. I suppose if you have that much faith in the government, which no reasonable person would, then socialism and communism is for you. No matter what the socialist tells you, there is a reason why people coming to the United States from other countries are making money while native born Americans are not. Generation Z is being lied to about capitalism and socialism and they really need these financial education books and take courses recommended in Unfair Advantage and the courses mentioned in the other books I mentioned in my other writing about financial education.
What I like about Unfair Advantage is that it gives you real like examples, not theories you may learn in college that cannot be applied to the real world. Remember the movie, Back to School? When Mr. Melon, who owned several big and tall stores was sitting in a business class, the arrogant professor treated him like he knew nothing although the professor was not a businessman. Who would you rather teach you: a stuffy college professor who never invested or owned a business or a person who knows about investing, how to become an investor and owns his own business? Side note: this is what I enjoyed about science. Not only were they teaching me Biochemistry, Physics and such but I also saw them doing research and working at the hospital doing what they knew.
I do highly recommend this book and I hope you read my other stories. Do not forget to check me out on Twitch (Ferrariking1955) or YouTube which can be found in my bio, or the link can be found on my website. Never stop learning and fincancial literacy is very important.
