This product is very effective. I cancelled an operation for a swollen prostate after taking this product. Before I had problems urinating with pressure and pain. Will also have to urinate very often, sometimes 4 to 5 times in the night. Now one or maybe two times without problems. Now my pump is back in working order.

As a 62 year old guy, I often have to get up 3-5 times a night to pee! I wouldn't say that this product is a miracle cure, but it definitely has decreased the frequency of my night time peregrinations. I have tried a lot of these formulas and this one seems pretty effective.

Have ordered this product for many years and it works very well. On the last two orders.... one came without any product seals, neither the outer or the inner, wrote to Himalaya about this and they refused to deal with it, the replacement order came with an outer seal but no green inner seal.

Tish is indicative of a production line failure. The company should have stood behind the product, they did not.. Himalaya did not offer to refund the purchase price. The product is not able to be returned. This all raises the question whether or not the product is made with even rudimentary safety and is it safe to consume. This is an amazing product for anyone who has prostate problems. This product works almost from the first day of taking it. It will increase flow and decrease the frequency of urination. I was looking for something other than a saw palmetto-based prostate supplement to help address benign prosthetic hyperplane. I decided to give this product a try based on reviews posted on Amazon. When I received it, the first thing that jumped off the page was the fact that the ingredients listed on the label do not show the milligram/percentage breakdown. The label just says the capsules contain: tribunals, bonduc, Betelgeuse palm, shariah & three-leaf caper.

THEN, I noticed that the ingredients on the label are completely different from those listed in the seller's product description on Amazon's site (ie the 'key' ingredients advertised are: Curculigo, Hygrophila, Wild Lettuce & Velvet Bean). Preferring to error on the side of caution, I researched the ingredients of the capsules received and the tribulus component causes concern. In a study on sheep, it appeared that higher dosages of tribulus were toxic. Therefore, I concluded these capsules are 'not a good idea', at least not for yours truly.
