It turned into a rainy Monday morning. Arjun sat in front of his computer, watching but some other rejection e mail.

“We admire your interest. Unfortunately, we’ve moved forward with different applicants.”

The fourth “no” this month.

He closed his computer and leaned returned, looking at the ceiling. His engineering diploma hung on the wall, framed proudly, but on this moment, it felt like a comic story.

Six months. Dozens of applications. Four interviews. Zero gives.

He whispered to himself, “maybe I’m just… now not true enough.”

Later that day, unable to shake the heaviness, Arjun took a stroll to the park. He sat on an vintage wood bench, watching kids run round in the mud, guffawing like they owned the world.

He felt like a ghost. Present, however invisible.

Then, an antique guy with silver hair and sort eyes sat beside him.

“You look like someone wearing a storm internal,” the man said.

Arjun gave a tired smile. “I bet i am.”

“need to talk about it?”

“I’ve attempted the whole thing. Accurate grades, projects, even side work. But each enterprise says no. Seems like not anything is running.”

The old guy nodded thoughtfully. “want to pay attention a story?”

Arjun shrugged. “certain. Why not.”

“as soon as upon a time, a frog fell right into a deep properly. Different frogs seemed down and shouted, ‘surrender! You’ll in no way make it out!’

But this frog began jumping—each single day. Even when he slipped backtrack, he stored leaping.

The alternative frogs laughed at him, mocked him, advised him he changed into wasting his time.

However on the 10th day, he jumped better than ever—and made it out.

While the others asked how he did it, they found out some thing:

He was deaf.

He didn’t pay attention their doubt. He most effective believed in his climb.”

Arjun chuckled. “That’s clever.”

The vintage man smiled. “on occasion, the only manner to prevail is to move deaf—to doubt, to worry, to different humans' reviews. Just concentrate to your attempt.”

The ones words hit Arjun more difficult than any rejection ever had.

That night time, he didn’t go to mattress defeated. He opened his pc once more. However this time—he did some thing distinct.

He rewrote his resume to inform a tale, now not just list skills. He crafted a passionate cover letter. And he recorded a 60-2nd video pitch explaining who he become, what he could offer, and why he wouldn’t surrender.

He carried out to just one agency that night time—Technical solutions.

Ten days surpassed. No response.

Then at the 12th day, his phone buzzed.

“hello Arjun, this is Riya from technical. We saw your video… and we’re inspired. Are you able to come in for an interview?”

His heart nearly stopped.

“Y-sure! In reality, yes!”

Tomorrow, he walked into their office with nerves—but also motive. The interview was unlike any before. He wasn’t attempting to affect them—he changed into just telling his truth.

He spoke about late nights studying coding on YouTube, failed attempts at small apps, and why he believed in doing what others wouldn’t.

The subsequent morning, his phone rang again.

“Arjun, congratulations. We’d like to provide you the position.”

He didn’t reply at the beginning. He simply… smiled. The kind of smile you only wear when you win a struggle no person noticed.

That night, he again to the equal bench. The vintage man became there once more, feeding birds.

Arjun said just two words:

“I made it.”

The vintage man smiled like he’d acknowledged all along. “I knew you'll.”

Arjun laughed. “How?”

The person winked.

“because you gave it… one extra attempt.”

🔑 moral of the tale:

The difference between failure and success is frequently simply one extra strive.

Your subsequent utility, your next audition, your subsequent conversation—could trade your life. However you’ll never recognize in case you stop early.

So be just like the deaf frog. Block out the noise. Concentrate to your attempt. And leap once more.

Because the next jump is probably the only that receives you out.
