    Very good tips for mental well-being! I find it difficult to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep at night. 7 is usually what I get. Maybe I need to give up social media before bed. I have the reading glasses that are supposed to help with the blue light. I don't have trouble falling asleep but when 7 hours have gone by and sometimes a little time less than 7 I'm up and feeling pretty good. I used to sleep an easy 8 for many years. Thank you for the tip! ❤️💖
