Michael Jackson was just 50 years old on the fateful day of this death on June 25th, 2009. Back then the singer was completely occupied with rehearsals for his upcoming tour which would mark. the first time Jackson would be out in front of the crowd after after a very long career break where he was dealing with lot of personal turmoil however the singer was in good spirits and ready to return to the stage. Jackson had been suffering from extreme insomnia and would spend all of his nights wide awake which is what led his him to becoming so physically weak and fatigued all the time that combined with the pressure of his comeback tour had just becomes to much for him to handle which is why he ended up calling Murray over to give him something that would put him to sleep. so after the popstars persistence , the doctor gave him a dose of powerful drugs that were supposed to make him fall asleep and after the dose had been administered and Michael had fallen asleep, Murray stepped out for about 5 minutes but what he didn't know was that when he would enter the room once again the king of pop would no longer be there with him Murray found the singer to be completely unresponsive and not breathing and for about 10 minutes, the doctor tried to revive him and give CPR for 42 minutes with no success Jackson was the rushed to the hospital where the doctors tried to resuscitate him but at exactly 2:26 pm, the king of pop passed away from what appeared to be a horrible drug overdose in the wake of all of this Murray was charged with negligence and had been abusing propofol for a very long time and while Murray had his medical license revoked forever his claims were backed by other doctors finding traces of painkillers in the singer's system along with traces of propofol, midazolam, diazepam, and other drugs in this system with Dr. Allan Metzger testifying that the singer had been looking for substance to clam him down for about two months before his tragic passing aways after a life so grand, it's hard to imagine how lonely and tragic Michael Jackson's final hours must have been.
