Key Points:

1. get organized 2..set deadlines 3... Stop feeling guilty 4..Reward yourself 5... Take a break 6... Eliminate distractions

1. Get organized

Organizing yourself is not as difficult as you think, it is much easier than talking to that person.

Get organized with the tips that I am going to tell you (tested and tried by myself).

1. Make a to-do list.

Write everything on a per you want to do in a day. Categorize your things in terms (must complete it today, try to complete it, and, start it today)

In the must complete section you write 2 _3 things you have to get done. Start with them and try to make them fun for yourself, take a break after completing one task, and then start another... trust me you will feel engaged with your work and feel successful after completing one task.

2. Try to manage your energy, not your time.

If your day is running you then you are going downfall, you can't be successful in your life and can't get your tasks done even in this life.

If you are running your day then be prepared to become a successful person.

If you want to stop that creepy Procrastination and get everything done then . Run your day to be successful, run your day to learn something, ever you don't Want to do that try to read one line of any quote, try to cook for yourself something new, try to read Wattpad stories and anything from you can learn something even a new word of any language.

This is the exact thing and advice to manage energy not time, because if you have energy you can do anything on time.

2. Set deadlines

Setting deadlines is most important when you have to complete your assignment on a subject that you hate.

What to do? Break your assignment into smaller elements like you are going to read your chapter in 1 hour and make some notes. Then you will take a 20-minute break and start your typing process of assessment for 90 minutes and then take a break and then repeat.

Set deadlines and strictly complete your work before that deadline.

I know during Procrastination this is soo much hard to complete work before deadlines. But if you take the first step then taking the second step then the third isn't difficult or impossible.

Just believe in yourself.

Worrying about the work you haven't started is complete nonsense.

3. Stop feeling guilty:

A lot of time when we can't complete our work we feel guilty for ourselves and feel sad. Then we don't want to get out of our bed and feel so low.

But, do you ever think how much time you are wasting on that thing? When you feel like you are procrastinating and feeling guilty for yourselves, then forgive yourself.

Try to wear your favorite dress, then put on some makeup make your hair, and go outside for refreshing your mind. Treat yourself like a princess /Prince. Don't forget you are the only one who knows yourself better than anybody else.

4. Reward yourself:

When you are procrastinating and trying to do your work then after getting your work done test yourself because at that time you need motivation, so after the first half of your work treat yourself with something you like like:

Eat your favorite snack or Facetime your friend or Scroll your Instagram for 10 minutes or Watch any comedy video to boost your mòod

Or anything you like but don't forget after getting treated you are going back to work

5. Take a break:

The majority time people procrastinate when they get tired of their daily routine and now they don't want to do it anymore. You should take a break when You are feeling soo Fed up, pissed off, or irritated with your routine or work.

Take a break, go for vacations, or do whatever you want ... until you don't feel relaxed. Taking a break is like if you try to force yourself you will try to give up and end up giving up on everything . Try of give yourself some time and try to not to pressurize yourself when you are in Procastination mode because at that time our brain act like a child if you don't give him what he wants he will not stop crying just like our brain work if we don't give him break he will get angry and don't help you at all.
