Working on self and finding a goal is essential to be consistent and productive.

Key points:

1. Sleep schedule 2. remove daily distractions 3. Take a break 4. Make your schedule and strictly follow it 5. Self-care and adopting a healthy lifestyle 6. Ask for help 7. Involve in Co_curiculum

Sleep schedule:

Sleep is a thing I've always talked about, sleep is important and without sleep, you will surely face a lot of difficulties in which you can at least get 7 hours of sleep I use to go to my bed at 10:00 pm and sleep at 10:15 pm a friendly and good time when your brain is starting to be tired.

An important thing setting a sleep schedule from 10:00 pm is good for the brain because at that time toxins from your brain are starting flush .and if you take sleep those substances can harm you. If your brain is active you can focus on your work more efficiently and that will be effective. I researched about it a lot that why sleep can help us to concentrate and focus on our work and how it is effective.

Researched based advice for sleep

They say that our brain is the thing that releases a lot of toxic substances, which are more dangerous than alcohol and drugs. Sleep is a therapy that can help our brain to drain out all those Toxic Substances and make our brain active which is the key to doing something that can become a toxic substance-free brain.

Remove daily distractions:

I know everyone here are students and distractions for students are :

● social media

●unnessery time spent with friends gossiping

●Tv or Netflix

Here follow these steps to avoid these distractions: Set a time and use your Social Media.

Social life is done and now, I can focus on my studies more than before and I am super confident to do better than before.

This is the app "Times app" an app where you can set time for using any app. I've been using this for the last few months a life-saving miracle to me.

A must-recommended.

Take a break:

The break is the important thing if you want to start over and start strong, it is the thing that can help you to think about yourself, what you want, what you like, and what makes you happy.

Motivation and inspiration can help a person to keep going and don't give up

Spend your one week doing everything you want ., ever thing means every lazy, unhealthy thing, which forces you to give up and your brain signals you to go with easy tasks which is equivalent to the hard and problematic life you don't want.

Try to remind yourself how much goals are important to you. Don't force yourself to do anything try to do things that make you feel relaxed and less burdened. Give yourself time to recharge and re-analyze your goals and path. Think of your 5-year plan to start strong and be more ambitious.

Make your schedule and strictly follow it:

When you make a schedule you write down everything you want to do on that day, week, month, and so on. Basically, you write everything in a manner like, what you will do first and what you will do at last mode that is how much time you are going to spend on your every task.

When you write everything on a piece of paper, now you will try to do it but, there is a naughty monkey inside your brain who doesn't want to be disciplined. That monkey is known as "A Procrastination Monkey"". if you want to beat that naughty monkey and get your every work done, you must strictly follow that schedule you've made. If you delay it this is the first step to energize that monkey inside your brain. Which is a lot more harmful than Drugs, toxic substances the brain releases.

Why that monkey is harmful???

Because this is distracting us from our main goal which we don't want. We are here to be the better version of ourselves and prove we can do anything if we work hard.

Self-care and adopting a healthy lifestyle:

If you are physically and mentally healthy then, there is nothing that can stop you to keep going. Self-care doesn't mean using beauty products and wearing classy fits. It's all about being beautiful from the inside and being healthy.

A lot of students nowadays are skipping their meals so that they can focus more on their studies and work. But research has shown that doing this can make you even more weaker and your immune system can be badly affected.

The self-care list you have to follow:

1. Meditation for good and strong concentration on studies 2. Exercise daily for 10min OR go jogging. 3. When you wake up try to write your goals and read some random quotes which can motivate you to keep going 4. Try to be hydrated. 5. Eat healthy food cuz a healthy diet can make your immune system protect and most importantly this helps you to be nourished and "you can study more efficiently ". 6. Organize the area where you used to Sit and study, this will help you to motivate yourself when you feel like not doing well.

Picture mapping concept:

Now last but my favorite step I connect that concept with my daily life. Like in my previous class, I interconnected[power concept and my brother's energy] he has for being naughty and noisy without getting tired.

Now, whenever I think of Power Concept my brother comes to mind that is an unforgettable concept.

Involve in Co_curiculum :

Don't be like those people who skip co _curiculum activities. These activities can surely help you with physical and mental fitness but the important and interesting facts, the reason I participate in it is:

1. sharpens your mind to understand something 2. Critical thinking 3. Helps you to gain more knowledge. More knowledge means a more active mind 4. Helps to focus.
