You are here probably because you are someone who feels that your brain is working on 150% capacity 24/7. You have trouble with focus, sleep and attention. Good! I am here to help you out with this and it will make me happy to do so!
Our brain is the organ that we know very little about. Common person can see it as a tool for thinking, and that all, but if you ask me, it is a most powerful creation in the universe. Brain controls our body, transport energy signals, produce energy and electricity, store information, and a lot more! I am not going to talk a lot about it, but I am going to help you out with some quick tips and habits that will make wonders to your like in general.
Problem is big. Today's average human can't focus for more than 10-15 seconds. Our attention span is terrible, and we are doing worse and worse. Instead of doing something about it, we are connecting to technology that makes this problem even further. Look at the TikTok app and the Social Networks with their Short Videos. Average human can't watch the long adds anymore. Average human can't read articles or books, no way! Few seconds and he goes to the next dopamine booster video.
I made this article to help you out. I know you are not a classic TikTok Shorts person, because they don't read anymore, but you are the one who identified that your brain function need some improvement. I just want to hype you a little bit and tell you why these tips will help you big time. Repairing your focus and attention span will make you living in the moment, not in the past or the future. You will live your life with 100% capacity in the moment and that is really what is the true happiness. You will enjoy every moment you are living, instead of stressing about the past or the future, or just expecting something to come, and when it comes, you won't be able to feel it in the right way.

1.Meditation
I know you heard about this for more than 100 times. But this one is a killer! I found that people just don't understand what meditation does but after a while they just feel better. Their life is better in all aspects. I call meditation a focus training. Trust me, do it 1st thing in the morning. When you open your eyes, get some rainy forest music ambient music on, set your timer for 10 minutes, close your eyes and just focus on your breathing. That's it! It will be hard on the start I know, but get hyped about your breading focus. If your thoughts go away, get back to the breathing. Imagine number counter while you breading, or something happening in a loop and that's it. You are training your focus in a cool environment for 10 minutes every morning. It will stop you using your phone, wasting few hours of time on it from the get go and you will be ready for your day right after.

2. Sleep
Lack of sleep and cigarettes are probably two things that impact aging the most. We don't age because clock is ticking, we age because of DNA and epigenetic damage. If your lack of sleep is accelerating aging, imaging what is doing to all aspects of your life and your body. Sleep like a professional! Go to bed and wake up at the same time, don't eat 3 hours before bed, don't look at the blue lights at least one hour before bed, and if you get enough sunlight in the morning and if you do your simple training in the morning, that's it! You can use some sleeping sounds as well which are very helpful, because they are making a habit of sleeping. Every time you hear some specific sleep noise, you will fall a sleep very fast if you use to it.

3. Reading
Reading will boost your brain power and focus a lot. It is like a training and I like it. Do it 30 minutes a day and you are fine. But that is not all! Start learning a fast reading technique. You can find those techniques at Youtube or something. I always switch my content between Self-Improvement book and fiction books. I use self-improvement books to learn and grow, and I use books like Harry Potter to practice speed reading. There is nothing smart in Harry Potter so, I just train my eyes there, and it works. After a while, with meditation and fast reading, you will find yourself very present in life, without brain fog and brain laziness. You will be sharp as a sword, mentally. Also, you will be able to read a book per week or two, so you will expand your knowledge by a lot. Just schedule your reading at the same time of the day and it will be easy.
4. Brain Foods
Diet affects our body a lot! I don't want to write about healthy diet and stuff here. I know a lot about it, but I just want to tell you one thing. Go to google or Youtube, type "Top 10 brain foods" and you will find some foods like 85% Dark Chocolate, Avocado, Walnuts, Blueberries, Eggs...
5. Deep work
Distractions are killing us today. They make our brains useless, but really! You start doing something, your mind wonders for some dopamine dose. You try to focus for few seconds, but your brain wants to check some notifications on your phone, always chasing for something else instead of being present and focused. For starters, make a habit that at one point of the day, your brain works in deep focus for 2 hours. This means that you will only focus on your work and nothing else. Your phone will be somewhere else, and anything that can take your brain of the task needs to be eliminated for those 2 hours. You will see, you will feel amazing every time after you finish like you moved mountains. For example when you are training, you will be able to connect your mind and muscles, and you will be able to get better results. You will seek it more, and more making your self present in the moment and your life will change.
I don't want to make a long text that will take a lot of your time here. My goal is to just give you ideas of things that can help you big time! It's your time to shine now. Just do a little research yourself about those things and give your self a month. You will see an amazing transformation, like you are a super human. Really. Just give it a try.
