Alagappa University Distance Education Admission Process

Admissions to Alagappa University are done in two ways first by the university DDE[Directorate of distance education] and second by the Learner support centers.

1. DIRECTLY BY DDE

• Applicant should go to the official university site for the application form.

• Then the applicant needs to submit an application form payment i.e.INR 100 for UG and Diploma courses, INR 300 for PG and Diploma programs.

• Then the applicant has to download the application form from the official university website

• After downloading applicant should take the printout and then fill the form with accuracy and should attach the following scanned document copies:

Copy of Documents Attested by Gazette Officer

Student Index Card (Having Student’s Passport Size Photo and Signature)

Receipt for Online Payment of Course Fee and Application Fee OR Demand Draft for Course Fee and Application Fee

• After the application form is filled all the receipts and confirmation will be sent by the university on the mail id provided. After the successful enrollment of a student in the applied course student will be provided with a student id and enrolment number which will be special and will be the same throughout the course completion.

2. THROUGH LEARNER SUPPORT CENTER

• The First step is the same as the above one i.e. one needs to submit application fees, INR 100 for UG and diploma courses, and INR 300 for PG and diploma courses.

• Applicant now get application form ,need to fill all details carefully and submit the enlisted documents.

The original documents shall be returned after verification to the applicants. The applicant needs to submit the application form, documents, and the two DDs that will be mailed to the directorate. No other charges are taken by the learner support center.

• Application form will be verified if the student passes all the criteria then the student will be provided with the student id card and enrollment number.

Alagappa University Distance Education MBA

Alagappa University Distance Education provides MBA ,a Master’s degree program with a duration of 2 years for an MBA and 5 years of the Integrated MBA program. The general eligibility criteria is that student should have completed their graduation degree from a Recognized University. The total fee structure for MBA is INR 26,400 and for an Integrated MBA is INR 30,800.

Alagappa University Distance Education BBA

Alagappa University Distance Education provides BBA, a Bachelor’s degree program with a duration of 3 years having 6 semesters. General eligibility for this course is that the student should have completed high secondary education from any discipline or the student should have a diploma degree of 3 years or student should have completed ITI qualification of 2 years. The total fees of this course is INR 7500.
