I have long needed to be a pastor. I thought my innate strengths, intertwined with my psyche, were enough to teach truths, skills, and knowledge to the new personality. I realized that it would not be easy, but I did not expect it to be more enthusiastic than the other work I had planned to do.

When I joined the school, I was told that in order to be successful in the field of training, you would have to be well-qualified in both subjects. I have agreed with this. Other than that I didn't enjoy working with young people with special needs, I didn't argue with them and thought I could do it. I realized that it would be more honest than teaching in a training class as a whole, but that wasn't the students' problem, so I shot it, and no one can say for sure, my first and second calling put me in what was thought to be "Free".

What is that? 12-15 classroom (depending on grade) with combined grade levels, combined skills and inability to work, with me and my partner teaching me. Before I get into the trouble I am in with the lies I have been told, let me say this. These problems are not expected to plague all people with disabilities, nor are they a problem for a person with a disability. It is external sources that make this work a real challenge and make fake counterfeit more often than not.

1. Guards Are Their Greatest Advocate

I remember it was spring time and I was calling our people about what kind of class we planned to separate from their children one year from now. We had a meeting to review their Individualized Education Plan (IEP), a record that would explain all their needs, goals, ease of use, and changes in their learning framework. I had a young student, "Sally" who I was very happy with because she had been so successful that year and we were thinking of taking her out of the regular classes one year from now, instead I sat in my classroom.

I called her mother to tell her this before the IEP meeting and she listened indirectly. When I last spoke, my mother asked me so that anyone could hear, "Okay, but then why is Sally not well?"

My job is not to treat anyone. The vast majority of my students, if not all, will fight for their disability for the rest of their lives. They can work well and be happy, but finding out how to look at failure and treatment are two completely different things. It was at this point that I realized that most of the caregivers in my group had no very different idea of how inability to work ensured what my children meant.

Sally's mother wasn't the one who thought I was an amazing artist. Most of my parents thought it was just a matter of schoolwork to prepare their child. This means that most of them have not tried to take the initiative to have discussions with their teenagers or to open up to them. My next job was in a small part of the country. Most of the children had never walked more than six miles [10 km] on each side. I made a concerted effort to read a lot of books and showed them pictures and movies of better places and communities, but that was not always enough. They should have gone and met things, but mom and dad didn't have to worry about doing that.

Part of my parents were senior legal counselors, yet they usually came from well-to-do families and had no disabilities of their own. Unusual travel for specialized classes. There are teachers here who have had three years of family in their group. If a parent has a disability, there is a good chance that their child will also be able to, and if that parent is not able to deal with their educational problems, how can you expect them to help their child?

"Carl's" father sent me a strange request one day. He asked me to send home double Carl's work. I didn't know why. Carl was very good at his job, and I had good correspondence with my parents. When I asked him casually my dad revealed to me that he needed some school sheets so he could apply his add-on and differentiating facts. I was shocked. Here is a parent who was trying to further his education so that he could help his young child, but it was a ended war, a growing controversy. Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. You start to realize that your lawyer can change into a major roadblock to improve.

2. Each Child Is Taught

This is not obviously true as it is clear in the middle. Earlier I pointed out that it was the job of a trained teacher to help a reduced class to deal with and beat their incompetence. In any case, some time to control that inefficiency means to show them how to be patient.

Testing the level of intelligence, in all their flaws by showing what intelligent people are like, can do a good job of showing how a person with a problem will deal with a problem. To give you a sense, the average IQs were around 100 degrees, but my classmates had 50-70 IQs. You start to get into what people call "mental disabilities" or "mental disabilities."

It’s not that they seem different to me or me, or that they all have features like the movie Rain Man. A few courses even go beyond what society thinks, make many friends, become very popular, and in the event that there is no lack of engine skills, do well in the gym and sports. In any case, ask them to do basic math or read.
