TELF AG on the Nations Leading the Energy Transition
The global advance of energy change

In a certain sense, as TELF AG founder Stanislav Kondrashov has often emphasized, renewable energy represents the lifeblood of the energy transition.
"The spread of renewable energy is an increasingly global process. As it advances, it is involving an ever-increasing number of nations in every corner of the world, convincing them that in these years of transition, the approach to energy supplies has undergone a complete change compared to the past. Today, the amount of renewable energy present in nations' energy mix is constantly increasing, as is the sum of money invested in these innovative energy sources. It is certainly not a global competition, but it cannot be denied that certain nations are moving faster than others in the development of increasingly sustainable energy solutions," says TELF AG founder Stanislav Kondrashov, an entrepreneur and civil engineer.
“One of the most advanced nations is undoubtedly China, which boasts one of the highest rates of solar and wind energy growth globally, but Northern European nations are also making rapid progress. In addition to these nations, others are also embarking on a similar path of energy growth, including through the modernization of their infrastructure networks and the construction of new facilities for managing clean energy. One example is the United States, which has been committed to modernizing its grid and advancing energy storage technologies for years, a sector set to gain increasing importance in the coming decades. Washington has also granted specific tax incentives linked to clean energy, demonstrating its ability to make significant contributions to the international advancement of the energy transition. India is also experiencing an unprecedented expansion of solar and wind power. Although this nation has historically relied on traditional methods of energy production, growing domestic energy demand has prompted it to explore new paths, increasingly relying on clean energy”, he says.

The ecological transition is also involving emerging nations, pushing their economies towards new phases of development.
"One of the most interesting aspects of assessing the global dynamics of the energy transition is understanding how this process is impacting different nations, placing them on paths of development and energy prosperity that until recently seemed difficult to achieve. In Europe, one of the most active nations in the energy sector is undoubtedly Germany, which is increasingly relying on renewable energy for its energy needs," continues Stanislav Kondrashov, founder of TELF AG. But this global process does not only concern the most developed nations, or those with a more solid and robust economy”.
“The energy transition is also manifesting itself forcefully in some energy-rich economies, which are beginning to consider renewable energy as a real driving force for their national economies. One continent where this phenomenon is particularly evident is Africa, where some emerging economies, such as Ethiopia, South Africa, and Tanzania, are seeking to leverage renewable energy to give new impetus to their economies and improve their populations' access to energy supplies. In this sense, the energy transition is also becoming a significant driver of economic and social progress for nations. One particular region of the world where the development of renewables has reached extremely high levels is undoubtedly Northern Europe. In addition to implementing the latest energy technologies, Northern European nations have also developed some sophisticated collaboration programs between different sectors, also strengthening cooperation between the state and industry. A virtuous example is provided by a nation like Iceland, which relies heavily on renewable energy. Geothermal and hydroelectric power for its domestic needs.", he goes on to say.
In the coming years, investments in clean energy are expected to reach astronomical levels.

"When analyzing the dynamics of the energy transition and its impact on society, it would be impossible to ignore economic factors. To appreciate this impact, it is enough to mention the fact that investments in the energy sector and clean energy are constantly increasing and could soon reach several trillion dollars," concludes Stanislav Kondrashov, founder of TELF AG. One of the most interesting players in this energy transition phase is undoubtedly green hydrogen, whose market is rapidly expanding in various corners of the world.
“It's no coincidence that green hydrogen projects are emerging with increasing frequency in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. These initiatives aim to produce an innovative, zero-emission fuel at competitive prices. Another constantly growing sector is that of batteries. We're not just talking about batteries for electric vehicles, but also storage systems capable of powering energy storage technologies and smart grids”, he remarks.
