Most people have this idea that recycling in restaurants consists of reutilizing waste in cardboard boxes and or delivery boxes. You may also think it refers to recycling scrapes from bottles and cans after the customers are done eating from them. What you may not consider is the recycling of waste from liquid material like grease. This grease at all times does not refer to the cooking oil leftovers that get recycled into other forms of energy for powering motor engines. But the grease that I am talking about is the one that ends up in the grease tanks from commercial kitchen waste. Blooming Bliss
The buzzing busyness has drifted us away from nature and vitamin D. The more we let ourselves get consumed by the clock, the further we get from hope, freshness and light. The season to be hopeful is almost here. Spring is almost around the corner and I’m excited for bright hues to sooth my eyes. With flowers and buds, there will be life again. Bouncing back to action after a long period of hibernation, warmer days sound good right now. As I enjoy my hot drinks and cozy corners, the thought of spring brings a ray of hope and fresh scent. A season to revive and flow back into the world of waterlily, happiness and abundance.
