Emotions and feelings are an important element of who we are.
Everyone experiences many emotions and sentiments.
These feelings provide us with information about what we are experiencing and assist us in knowing how to react. It is very common for a person to experience different emotions throughout the day as different things happen and situations develop, but are our emotions and feelings the same?
