The real importance of parenting

Real world impact of parenting

By PA Jayashree KrishnaPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

Parenting is never about control or expecting my obedience

Don't humiliate me with my failures infront of an audience

Expect success after only you nurtured

Not when our life is trauma unstructured

I need your guidance , your emotional and moral support despite all in every journey

Not bossy irrelevant advice that generates slippering from all instead of steady money

I am in the state still figuring out my wrongs

The guilt is killing me like horror movie songs

Parents I need you despite being at the age of an adult I feel like an abandoned child

Don't break our house, for negligible mistakes that gives me a glimpse of the forests so wild

I did not choose to be here in your big house

It is a decision made by you and your spouse

Please try to give me some forgiveness of all my mistakes

Don't bring it up without context I am not one from snakes

I cannot die to explain that I am suffering

Let me tell this to you without any buttering
