Through her young, angry eyes,

She peers from inside glass walls

That all want to throw stones at.

Grief tears apart her anger from the loss of a dear friend,

Growing into an independent, free woman.

Fiery eyes set her soul into eternal faith,

Twin Strings unbroken, Edward & Jane.

Gosh, this is STUNNING! What a perfect depiction of the story!

  • In a glance, I misread it as Edward and John 😅 I love that you wrote a poem for this challenge!
