In Louisiana, again
When will it get cold.
(Here is another try at my writing a haiku. I think it is a little better. I do want all the suggestions I can get to help me improve in writing this kind of poem. I would really appreciate any help.)

The American Film Institute named her one of the best classic Hollywood actresses.

I use my fingers to count syllables as I go. It helps. Then I suggest putting your haikus in the poetry community. You are a poet😉🥰
