Billy & Albert

Iconic 1987 performance at the Royal Albert Hall by Scottish Comedian Billy Connolly

By Kayleigh Fraser ✨Published 2 years ago 1 min read

Working class Humblebum to Sir William. Comedian Billy Connolly brings belly aching laughter to celebrities and commoners alike.

With his larger than life personality, windswept and interesting hair and observant, outrageous storytelling Billy & Albert was hugely successful for this comic master whose career totalled 5 decades.

Pride of Scotland.

I LOVE Billy - the Big Man was a staple of my childhood (though now I think about it his comedy was so inappropriate for children)... though I think most Scottish people can say that. Love this piece - succinctly sums up a man who is truly larger than life

  • I don't know him but whoaaaa 50 years is so awesomeeee!
