My name is Catelaya Montgomery & I use men for their money. You're probably thinking I'm an escort or something, but I'm not. I get to know men, pretend I fall in love with them, where they trust me, to get close enough to their personal belongings then I fled up and leave. Once I do that I leave town and to next one. Change my identity, my look, fake names. Me being in the streets I got a lot of free game, so I was good at what I do. This all started when I ran away from home at 16, I'm 25 now & so much has happened since then & now. My parents and I was due to move to Cali from Chicago. I knew then I was the least favorite child, but I kept in contact with my sister, using no caller id so she won't track me, will catch up here and there. It wasn't shit to me after while. I got deep in the streets, tryna survive, tryna make family of my own. That's where I met baby daddy. We weren't in love, well at least I wasn't, but he was my first everything, he made me feel good and taught me a lot, I think we could've been better off as friends, but aye. I got pregnant with his at 21, he died when I was at least six months, he was gunned down & robbed, working one night. That was a hard pill to swallow, because I didn't know how I was going to survive without him, he helped and taught me a lot, but when my daughter Sonai came into this world, she brought feeling and light back into my world, she saved my life. I wanted to do better and move better, but I got stuck here.. I started to become obsessive with getting money. I've always been told I was beautiful and caught wealthy men eyes all time, it was so easy, I told myself after the first one I'll be done, but I couldn't stop, so now I was on my third guy, since I started, I've been dealing with him for almost a year. Most of the money I get, I save for a plan, for me and my daughter. I know I'll eventually be done, doing what I'm doing....

"Don't you think you a little to old to be still getting that excited to huh?" Gary asked India

"Anything for my baby." Catelaya said holding Sonai tight.

Gary is the guy I've been with for almost a year now, I was currently "Aria Sanchez" to him. We met like I will meet any other guy, spot him out in public, do some cheesy accidental run in, but that was my charm, It worked every time. I thank my parents for my beauty, it gets me away with a lot, but he's alright.. just a square, I guess cause he's a little older than me, but he wasn't no big time drug dealer like the other guys. He was a lawyer, one of the best to be exact. He was also the first white British man I've been with, sex hit different, well at least from the rest. I know he won't be the last, so I'll experience better.

"Go get ready for bed mamas, I'll be there in a minute to tuck you in." Catelaya said to Sonai

"Okay mommy." Soso said softly as she went across the hall into her room.

*Gary starts laughing

"What is so funny?" Catelaya turned around looking at Gary annoyed

"You and me been together for a sometime. You and your daughter been living with me for a sometime too.. and you hardly let me say two words to hea." Gary said with his strong accent.

"I don't want her to get attached, she's mine, not yours." Catelaya said, causing Gary to shake his head and leave out.

Catelaya could care less, she was focused on one thing and one thing only and that is to take care of Soso, she was always vocal about her truth, well some of it and that's to leave her daughter alone.

"Let me ask you something a." Gary said coming back inside the room.

"What?" Catelaya asked turning around.

"Do you love me? Like I love you, Aria? Cause I can't tell." Gary said fed up

Catelaya stayed silent for a moment, she hated he always brought up love, she would rather cut her tongue out then sit and say I love you to him or any man. It was tough for her, she hated being forced to lie, but she did it only for him to leave her alone, for at least sometime.

"I love you, Gary.. you know that." Catelaya lied

"Then show me." Gary croaked

"Here this dude go, again. Feel like I'm dealing with a bitch, sometimes. He was rich and the sex was decent, so I tried not to complain as much." *Catelaya's thoughts

"I'll try to do better, ok? My daughter been through a lot, I'm just looking out and making sure this is for sure before anything further. We already live with you, that's a step." Catelaya said wanting him to accept what she was saying, so he could let it go.

"Fine.. I'll be patient, for you, Aria. You're my heart. I can't wait to marry you." Gary said grabbing her face as he looked and searched into her eyes, but it was nothing. It was hard to figure her out & what could've possibly been going through her head, when he'll confess his love for her, but it'll be the same...... just blank stares.

"Thank you." Catelaya simply said, leaving into Sonai's room.
