Political Corruption in Chatham County, Ga Part One

All parties in this article are public figures, and this is what happened to me, the author. None of this article is based on their personal lives, it is about their actions in their official capacities and this is not a protected area of their life. Given the mainstream media will not investigate or report on their criminal behavior that has harmed and set criminals free. nor is it libel to report facts. These are facts that happened and something the public needs to be aware of. Per the O.C.G. A. truth is a justification and prevents recovery for a party under the libel/slander statute. Despite Jennifer Davenport's threats on Facebook to sue me for slander given the events occurred, even if they are in her view injurious to her reputation, she can not sue me.

This is a woman who was investigated by the GBI in 2016 for shredding documents, just as Van Johnson was in 2018 for in relation in his gun buy back program, that even the then Savannah Police Chief, Joseph Lumpkin would not associate the department with.

In 2018, after calling the FBI because I was concerned for my safety and at the direction of former police officer and a Chief Assistant Public Defender, I was served a notice, based on then councilman Van Johnson's email with libelous statements and no foundation and a "Savannah PD police report" to have my firearm taken away temporarily by Assistant Chatham County Jennifer Davenport who filed two Writs - one assigned to to Judge James Bass and another to Judge Louisa Abbot (Which has disappeared from the docket and was under the wrong name).

I volunteered to give up my ammunition. It was related to having sued Chatham County in the Ga Supreme Court for Wrongful Termination. While the case was pending in the Ga Supreme Court.

The Chatham Superior Court had no jurisdiction because it was related to a the matter before the Ga Supreme Court, my wrongful termination as Juvenile Probation officer. My firearm was not even registered as it did not need to be by Georgia Law. I have been prevented by Officers of the Pooler Police department from notifying the Ga Supreme Court since 05/2019 of the actions of Chatham County Attorneys Jennifer Davenport, and R. Jonathan Hart had my electronics and the hard copies taken by law enforcement preventing from having accesses to the documents, along with everything I ever owned and Chatham County District Attorney Shara Jones refusal to even return an email and have the matter investigated by have the GBI investigate when the Savannah FBI failed to when directed to by AUSA Karl Knoche in December 2019.

My rights to own a firearm were not taken away. The Writ was dropped in December 2018, no mental health exam was requested nor ordered. I asked Judge Bass for my firearm back- his only response "I don't have anything in front of me." He didn't need anything in front of him. He illegally took the firearm, gave me no due process, the Writ was dropped and still in December 2021 I can not get my firearm returned. I also can not get the Brookhaven PD to take a victim statement on a rape, Assistant Chatham County Attorney Jennifer Davenport, Chatham County Attorney R. Jonathan Hart and then Chatham County HR Assistant Director Van Johnson's actions put me in Atlanta to get paperwork that lead to the sexual assault. I have had Jennifer Davenport threaten to sue me on Facebook for merely presenting the facts as they occurred-when she should be under investigation and is attacking the victim of her official misconduct. I have also emailed R. Jonathan Hart about having my weapon returned and received no response. Anyone else think their is a huge amount of corruption going on? You think someone would call the GBI and have it investigated, or you know talk to the person it happened to.

The following month, I went to Atlanta to get paperwork to prove the illegal actions of the Chatham County Attorneys office and was raped because I could not protect myself because of Judge Bass' illegal retention of my firearm when the Writ had been dropped. I had never threatened anyone. I have the recordings and emails of those threats, and the Department of Homeland Security was the one who directed me to local law enforcement to report my father's threats, not that the City of Gainesville PD would even take a report last August.

De facto all of my rights have been taken away without due process, or even a hearing of any sort, along with everything I ever owned because of law enforcement and their unwillingness to investigate anything while I have been slandered, libeled and physically injured. Someone has to start looking into this, and it should not be me the victim. Even the Georgia State Bar has condoned their behavior. The media has ignored the events while the offenders have continued to be allowed to do this to everyone else. A Federal and State RICO case where law enforcement in almost an entire county is willing to ignore the reports of a former juvenile probation officer and continue to damage her physically and emotionally while the entire state watches and does nothing is worse than Derrick Chaviun. These people should be behind bars. They should be with the criminals they put away, they have violated the public trust of every citizen in Georgia including me. When people start to stand up, and start to listen only then can they be prevented from doing this to anyone. You can not violate the rights of a woman who tells the truth the willingness to do so is apparent and it needs to be center of attention so that it can be handled lawfully. Until outlets like Facebook and the newspapers start reporting about this it isn't going to go away..and neither am I. Every one in Georgia is at risk if a juvenile probation officer can be a victim of sexual assault, domestic violence, continuing threats by the Pooler Police Department for arrest, told to investigate herself and ignored by everyone she has reached out to for over two years including Sitting Juvenile Court Judge Thomas Cole, and Police Chiefs. This is not the Georgia that should exist but it will until this story goes viral.

The people attacking me on Facebook, this could be you. The Pooler PD took the hard copies of the litigation in May 2019 preventing me from fighting for my rights and public employee rights to file a compliant about working conditions at Chatham County Juvenile Court. The Chatham County Sheriff's department took all of my electronics in June 2019 when i went to the courthouse where I used to work with no warrant and no authority to do so. This could happen to anyone and no police chief, sheriff has done anything to hold their officers accountable, no one has held the lawyer Jennifer Davenport, who is threatening to sue me for libel, when it is true and she was investigated by the GBI for shredding documents in 2016.

This was merely a month after I was fired. I emailed Meg Heap once in 2016 to inform her of the situation with Jennifer Davenport. I emailed her again in 2018 before Jennifer Davenport's little stunt with the Writ of Injunction to inform her of Jennifer Davenport and other county employees, including Donna Meyers, a paralegal for Chatham County actions that had been reported to the Ga Supreme Court.

Judge Thomas lacked any legal authority to issue any orders, as did any judge in the Chatham County Superior Court, while the primary matter was pending in the Ga Supreme Court. However, Jennifer Davenport failed to disclose to Judge Bass that there was pending litigation against Chatham County, involving several judges to include the wrongful decesion for my termination by Judge Leroy Burke, The opinion of Judge Lousia Abbot that centered on making a fact of an opinion by Adam Kennedy with no supporting fact.

As was Van Johnson in 2018.

This program was spearheaded by Van Johnson. The firearm taken from his home-where he was securing them. Van Johnson teaches at the Ga POST academy.

I was informed by Chatham County Sheriff's Department in 2017, he had no authority to run serial numbers on firearms, despite his assertions he did on his Twitter account.

This the same man who asserted as the Assistant HR director for Chatham County, a county without an EEO officer as required by law in 2016, that he had the sole discretion to authorize Ga Open records requests, a task held by Jennifer Davenport.who does not fulfill them as required by law, as several times my request for documents had to be sent to Lee Smith in order to gain compliance by Chatham County. Add in in Ga Van Johnson testifying as witness, with Jennifer Davenport missing from a Ga Department of Labor unemployment hearing and leaving that duty to Katrina Suarez. A hearing they lost on the merits that there was no reason cited to terminate me.

Even now, without copies of all of the evidence, because it was stolen by police officers with the Pooler Police Department, including evidence of my sexual assault, and evidence of the domestic violence committed by one of their officers, and the Command staff, including Chief Ashley Brown and Capt Bogden refusing to investigate or Lt. Randi Linder returning a call to investigate the threats to my life, as well as threat of arrest by Officer Lori McCampbell, and obstructing investigations into the fraud committed by Chatham County including Jennifer Davenport on the Ga Supreme Court that Chatham County Attorney R. Jonathan Hart has been aware of the criminal conspiracy is in fact ongoing.

If you think it's funny, or not corruption at it's worst even the Georgia State Bar is covering up what the attorneys in Chatham County did and are assisting a rapist with getting away with rape. They have made themselves under the law a party to crimes committed by law enforcement in Chatham County, not witnesses. Their failure to protect the public, and threaten over the internet the victim of a crime, are crimes themselves. If the mainstream media is going to ignore them then the public should be aware.
